文創正夯，台灣金服積極推動文創鑑價制度。台灣金服總經理湯明輝表示，將雙管齊下進行，拜訪銀行之外也和演藝工會接觸推廣。

票房破億元的熱血國片「KANO」監製魏德聖接受記者採訪時表示，不清楚台灣金服的鑑價制度，「KANO」籌措資金，是向金融業、投資者「打溫情牌」，才得到贊助與融資。

魏德聖說，文創的無形資產該如何鑑價，的確不容易，連國外投資者看電影劇本，也沒有辦法知道上映後會不會賺錢。他相當好奇台灣金服鑑價至度要如何推動。

湯明輝表示，無形資產鑑價在台灣剛開始推動，目前陸續跟銀行、演藝工會接觸，了解雙方意見，經過說明，有幾家文創業者正在準備資料，將交由台灣金服進行無形資產鑑價。

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北2014年3月12日電）台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率貶值，中午暫收30.320元，貶值1.5分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量5.51億美元。

外匯交易員指出，台股走跌，新台幣今日趨貶，人民幣今天早盤也續貶。

新台幣兌美元今天開盤價為30.335元，盤中最高30.286元、最低30.349元。

民眾買電視、洗衣機、電冰箱和冷暖氣機等4項電器用品，販賣業者應主動告知可免費回收舊機，並且提供廢四機回收聯單；環保署近日將「顯示器」列為第5項電器產品，業者違規若勸導無效，最多恐挨罰30萬元罰鍰。

環保局科長崔浩志表示，這項規定本月起生效，北市有約1669家電子電器販賣業者需遵守；業者除給予換舊機的民眾「廢四機回收聯單」，還需告知可憑聯單、統一發票到環保署網站登錄、參加抽獎。

崔浩志說，北市非連鎖式的傳統家電業者約283家，業者如果沒有給予聯單，民眾可到環保局網站檢舉，查證屬實可領取獎品一份。

本月20日、21日及4月10日、11日，環保局分別在士林區、信義區、中正區和松山區舉辦法令說明會，向販賣業者、回收處理業者說明應遵循的事項。

剛剛出門上班時 遠遠的就看到路口被黃色封鎖線封起來 騎近一點看 布條上面寫著比賽中 勿穿越 過沒多久後就有三四亮自行車 再來一團自行車隊起過來 前後跟著很多警察 還有很多看起來是歪鍋人的人坐在前後的車隊中 上網搜尋也找不到今天有什麼比賽 我猜應該是環島之類的吧 請問有人知道這是什麼比賽嗎 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.13.174.79
