電腦: Dell 桌上型

狀況1:
開機有時進的了windows 畫面
但只有第一次
且不是每次都進的了windows畫面
而且到畫面後就自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

狀況2:
開機按下F12 進入BOOT畫面
後就自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

狀況3:
開機沒多久
自動關機數秒後又自動開機一直重複

以上3種狀況都發生過
請問這是電腦哪裡出了問題

若是硬碟壞掉?
在不能開機的情況下有哪些方法可以把資料抓出來?
