《產業》爭議落幕，賴正鎰掌商總

【時報-台北電】商總昨（21）日重新全面「補選」理監事暨理事長，理事長當選人賴正鎰「重新再當選」為理事長，而這次內政部一定會發給當選證書。

商總選舉爭議，紛擾逾三個月後，在內政部人民團體司籌備處副主任陳志章等內政部人員的全程在場監看下，商總昨日的重新補選，算是完成了所需要的「合法」程序。

因此，賴正鎰的當選，不管前屆理事會是否認同，已經具備正當性，也算是為商總爭議，畫下了休止符，至於前屆理事會決定官司續打，那也只是「後話」了。

雖然，前屆理事會因不認同昨日的選舉，進而以消極不出席的方式杯葛，然而，昨天現場仍佈滿保全以防萬一的「維護」現場。

選舉結果，是名實相符的「重選」，選舉名單一樣，當選名單也一樣，連前理事長張平沼為候補第一名的結果，也一樣，只是這次是「依法」只圈選了45名理事與15名監事。

所以，除了賴正鎰當選為理事長外，監事會召集人還是葉宗義；常務理、監事也都是原班人馬，包括省商會理事長張榮味、銀行公會理事長李紀珠、壽險公會理事長許舒博等，就只少了張平沼。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者譚淑珍／台北報導）
