我在用PopSub_Version0.74 但是因為他是簡體的 所以我的電腦已打開就會變成亂碼 雖然還是可以上時間軸 但是只要我上簡體的字幕就沒辦法上了 會出現亂碼 請問有什麼辦法可以讓他不要是亂碼嗎?

或是有什麼程式可以上簡體的字幕??

42歲香港女藝人朱茵去年10月與老公黃貫中產下女兒黃鶯，小名叉燒包。現在女兒已一歲多，夫妻倆有意再添一名子女，之前傳出朱茵再度有孕，本人澄清無孕在身。
 
朱茵在微博上傳叉燒包趴在沙發上的照片，模樣相當可愛，並寫下：「叉燒包，媽媽肚子裡沒懷著弟妹，誰能比我清楚？」，藉此澄清懷孕傳聞。（洪彩婷／綜合報導）

與檢察總長黃世銘共事的特偵組檢察官，在黃一審被判有罪後，感嘆總長的性格決定命運。黃世銘被提名為檢察總長，媒體給黃冠上「司法鐵漢」的封號，但熟習黃世銘的司法圈內人，卻指黃是「偏執狂」。

黃上任之初，有資深司法官預言，黃的個性一定會闖禍，預言果然成真，將近4年的總長任期，黃世銘打算給司法關說案，當成卸任代表作，卻變成首位被判有罪的檢察總長。

與黃世銘頗有互動的特偵組檢察官這樣形容，黃專辦自己人洩密，司法圈內更是盛傳，在查辦高院法官集團貪瀆案時，黃為業績搶案辦之餘，還要追究調查局的洩密責任，特偵組檢察官在與媒體互動時，沒人敢多談偵辦中的案情，以免給自己惹禍上身，但沒想到黃最後卻因洩密給總統有罪下台。

事實上，黃早年擔任法務部主秘時，就展現相當特異的行事風格，部內有司法官員利用時間攻讀碩士班，遭黃世銘行政懲處，黃擔任法務部政務次長期間，銜命與國會互動，推動法案，但不擅與國會議員打交道的他，卻將專責與立委接觸的法務官員指責為「交往複雜」。

黃世銘以悲憤莫名，形容他對的心情，隨後請辭總長，感嘆關說者輕縱，揭弊者重懲，了解黃世銘的圈內人，對黃此時的心境，深信不疑，因為黃到請辭下台，都不認為他有錯。

正因為黃世銘主觀的人格特質，他始終認為自己不會錯，錯都是別人，在特偵組偵辦司法關說案時，有特偵組檢察官不敢勸黃，只敢提醒注意程序問題，但黃見獵心喜，急著處理日漸交惡的曾勇夫，與想拉王金平下台的馬英九一拍即合，鑄下大錯。

沒有人認為黃世銘是作姦犯科，或貪贓枉法之徒，但黃卻像風紀股長，每天緊盯最高檢司法行政人員有無提早吃午餐。最近的司法判決，包括指控前總統李登輝涉犯國安密帳案、許榮洲姦殺女童案等諸多大案，陸續被判無罪，甚至無罪定讞，如此辦案品質，怎是民眾期待的檢察精英作品。

在司法圈內，談起黃世銘，無人敢挑戰他的公正不阿，疾惡如仇，看到黃世銘司法官生涯的結束，卻是被判有罪下台的難堪景象，有人為黃抱不平，但與黃接近的檢察官，也不免有性格決定命運的無奈感嘆。
