各位專家:請問為何監視器攝影機畫面突然拉近拉遠之後又不動了，有時候會出現這種情況，並非人為去調整PTZ的+或-，謝謝!

日月光K7廠 最快下周復工

日月光K7廠去年底偷排廢水被高市環保局勒令停工，2月首次試車計畫審查未通過，3月20日再審，委員原則上同意試車，但要求日月光補充細部資料以便日後廢水排放管控，待環保局核定後最快下周即可試車，形同實質復工。

環保局指出，試車即可以最大產量運作，產品也能正常出貨，依《水汙法》第63條規定試車不得超過3個月，可展延一次，期間要連續15天操作符合標準，環保局才能發給汙水排放許可，亦即正式復工；若查驗不過即停止操作。

K7廠復工案今年2月14日第一次審查，屏東科大、輔英科大、成大、高雄海洋科大及高雄第一科大教授及高市環工技師公會、台灣半導體產業協會代表審議，當天委員認為復工計畫太簡略退回，3月20日第二次審查，有條件通過。

因目前協助K7廠處理廢水的凸晶2B廠僅達海放標準，審查委員要求日月光承諾凸晶2B廠需符合更嚴格的陸放標準，並在廢水入流端裝計量器詳加記錄，每個廢水處理單元的控制參數也應詳細列出，以便日後控管廢水排放狀況。

此外，委員要求日月光將簡報提及的環境保護承諾部分修正至水汙染防制措施計畫申請文件，且中長期環保承諾事項也要列出具體時間表、簽訂保證書；環保局強調，將等確認日月光補正資料符合委員要求後，才會核准試車。

日月光K7廠去年10月被發現偷排強酸、含鎳廢水，汙染後勁溪水，溪底底泥也被驗出重金屬超標，業者更在採樣槽摻自來水稀釋誤導稽查，環保局認定日月光汙染惡性重大，12月20日勒令K7廠產出重金屬鎳的晶圓製程停工。

藍南投市長初選 今明民調

南投市長國民黨初選民調，今明由二家民調公司，進行電話民調，從1068件樣本中，選取選民支持度最高的人選。國民黨縣黨部主委李哲華說，宋懷琳、林憶如和劉宜成3人，都同意採全民調，結果將在後天公布。

宋懷琳最近發送一波波的文宣，強調她擔任4屆縣議員，受理5000多件服務案件的績效。劉宜成則是動員車隊遊街，劉宜成夫婦和子女，站在車上沿街向民眾致意。林憶如昨天在南投市區拜訪，拉著選民的手拜託，希望這二天的電話民調，選民能夠大聲喊出她的名字。

有縣議員說，市長初選投入這麼多人力物力，好像還是首次，應該留些資源在大選時使用。只是，沒有先拚初選過關，就無法入圍拚大選。李哲華說，這次3人參加初選，都同意使用縣長初選的民調模式，初選落敗的還可參選縣議員或市代等。

王維中是塊寶 釀酒人小煩惱

王維中的心中認為鯊魚變少了，但對釀酒人來說，鯊魚可能還是一樣多，從規則五選秀選進王維中雖像是撿到一塊寶，上乘的璞玉，但也選來了不少煩惱。

距離開季逐漸逼近，釀酒人對於演出大驚奇的王維中，也逼近該做出決斷的時刻。從釀酒人立場，毫無疑問會希望留下他，但該如何留卻是一道難題。

規則五選秀規定若新東家要留人，必須整季把他留在大聯盟25人名單，釀酒人看好王維中潛力，但未必是大聯盟即戰力，為了不想失去王維中而硬將他全年留在大聯盟的風險不可謂不大。

不過釀酒人總教練羅尼基(Ron Roenicke)似乎心意已決，暗示為了留才不惜用這一年來投資。對於若留下王維中，牛棚將有3位左投，羅尼基今天表示，這不會有任何問題。

「如果我們留下所有3位左投，其中一位將擔任專對付左打的一人投手，」羅尼基指的是杜克(Zack Duke)，王維中可能擔任長中繼。

其實釀酒人最單純且保險的做法是主動和海盜啟動交易，王維中回到一般球員身分，沒有規則五限制，釀酒人可以安心將他留在小聯盟繼續好好栽培，未來再讓他上到大聯盟。

但海盜看到王維中如此突出，是否會答應交易，非釀酒人可以控制，海盜或許正想著最好趕快把他送回來。亦或是會要求更高的條件，如此一來情況反而更複雜。

最特別的是，若王維中回到海盜，不論到那個層級，以角色和定位，爭取上到大聯盟的敵人之一將會是同為左投的陽耀勳，上演同胞鬩牆場面。王維中不論是留或返，都充滿著故事性。

無論如何，王維中在春訓投得精采，讓釀酒人的抉擇戲碼變得更扣人心弦。他的例子也證明，那怕只是在非常底層的菜鳥聯盟，隨時都有人關注著你的表現，每一次出賽都有可能成為一圓大聯盟夢的契機。

日本2月PC出貨量大增22% 創同期新高水準

日本電子情報技術產業協會(JEITA)24日公佈統計數據指出，因微軟(Microsoft)「Windows XP」作業系統即將在2014年4月結束服務、令日本企業掀起換機潮，帶動2014年2月份日本國內PC(桌上型電腦+筆記型電腦)出貨量較去年同月大增22.2%至123.7萬台，連續第5個月呈現增長，出貨量連續第3個月突破百萬台大關、且創下歷年同月史上新高水準。

2月份日本桌上型電腦(桌機)出貨量較去年同月大增37.2%至39.9萬台，連續第8個月呈現增長；筆電出貨量勁揚16.1%至83.8萬台，連續第5個月呈現增長，其中包含超薄型筆電「Ultrabook」在內的Mobile Note機種(B5尺寸以下且重量未滿2kg機種)出貨量成長1.4%至16.8萬台，連續第8個月呈現增長。

另外，2月份日本PC出貨金額較去年同月大增30.0%至974億日圓，連續第8個月呈現增長。

2月份日本桌機出貨金額大增41.1%至305億日圓，連續第8個月呈現增長；筆電出貨金額大增25.5%至669億日圓，連續第8個月呈現增長。

JEITA上述數據的統計對象包含蘋果公司(Apple)、Sony、東芝(Toshiba)、富士通(Fujitsu)、NEC、聯想等11家廠商，部分廠商的平板產品雖列入統計對象內，惟蘋果暢銷的「iPad」並不包含在內，且台灣的華碩(2357)、宏碁(2353)以及美國的惠普(HP)、戴爾(Dell)也不在統計對象內。

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年3月25日電）台灣證券交易所表示，金衛醫療由於向原交易所申請暫停交易，在台發行的台灣存託憑證(910801)自今天起暫停交易。

金衛TDR近期震盪劇烈，3月起曾經大漲近5成，最高點達11.1元，近8個交易所則出現明顯回檔，在停止交易前，每股價格為8.49元。
