火箭台灣之夜 電音三太子助陣

（中央社記者吳協昌洛杉磯2014年3月24日專電）台灣電音三太子將躍上美國職籃NBA休士頓火箭隊主場豐田中心。交通部觀光局駐洛杉磯辦事處與火箭隊合作，將於4月6日舉辦台灣之夜，帶來史上最強8尊電音三太子合體演出。

觀光局過去曾多次與美國職棒大聯盟洛杉磯道奇隊與紐約大都會隊等合辦台灣日活動，但這是第1次與NBA球隊合辦。

駐洛杉磯台北經濟文化辦事處處長令狐榮達說，休士頓是全美第4大城，觀光局推動美南的推廣活動，除了舉辦台灣之夜外，火箭隊主場豐田中心球場也設有台灣觀光的展示看板。

令狐榮達指出，台灣不僅風景優美，人文素質更好，透過火箭隊台灣之夜的活動，可以讓更多美國民眾看到台灣的美好，而且火箭隊今年戰績佳，休士頓又是美南大城，火箭隊還擁有台裔球星林書豪，在在促成了觀光局與火箭隊合作的契機。

觀光局駐洛杉磯辦事處主任林信任則說，今年1、2月美國赴台人數比去年同期增加11%，以兩位數的成長速度向上衝，像火箭一樣；這次出動8尊電音三太子前往豐田中心表演，更幾乎是不可能的任務。

林信任強調，台灣目前推動觀光不僅在於觀光的行程，也強化透過運動行銷開拓市場，將過去在道奇隊成功的模式移用到火箭隊上，再加上品牌看板的出現，打造台灣觀光熱潮。

火箭隊台灣之夜活動賽前將在豐田中心球場前有一場賽前秀，由電音三太子與舞團共同演出。

另外，前3000名入場的觀眾可獲得林書豪公仔，接下來2000名入場的觀眾則可獲得台灣與火箭隊雙品牌紀念毛巾，開賽前，電音三太子與舞團則將在豐田中心球場演出3首歌曲；而對於無法到場參與的民眾，觀光局也在臉書上推出網路抽獎活動。

iPhone 6傳初秋上市，保護殼加長照曝光？

隨著iPhone 6上市日期靠近，市場傳言也不絕於耳，有分析師預估iPhone 6上市日期應在夏末或初秋，甚至實機照也提早曝光。

MarketWatch報導，太平洋皇冠證券公司(Pacific Crest Securities LLC)分析師總結供應商資料指出，蘋果對iPhone零組件供應商的下單多在7月明顯加速，顯示上市日期應介於9至10月之間。除此之外，瑞士銀行(UBS AG)、RBC Capital Markets分析師均得到類似結論。

此前，華爾街日報報導指出，iPhone 6可能有兩種尺寸，分別為4.7吋與5.5吋。某部落格取得疑似日本第三方供應商的iPhone 6保護殼照，並與iPhone 5做對照。相比之下，iPhone 6的確被拉長，但機身寬度則無明顯加大。實際照片請參照部落格網站：http://blog.bling-my-thing.com/2014/03/iphone-6-is-on-the-horizon/

兆豐調高資本額 鋪路公公併

兆豐金控今（25）日召開董事會，擬將額定資本額一口氣調高到2,000億元以上，比現行大增逾七、八百億元，除了因應兆豐金銜命將進行公公併需求，也是為了兆豐金即將在東南亞併購當地銀行，便於辦理高額現金增資，籌措銀彈。

目前兆豐金實收資本額為1,244.98億元，額定資本額則是1,400億元，實收與額定資本額差距不過約150多億元，兆豐金評估若為併購需要辦理高額現金增資，會超過額定資本額，因此決定提案在今年股東常會，修改公司章程調高額定資本額。

目前政策已確定要兆豐金擔任公公併種子部隊，身為存續公司，隨便併哪一家公股金控，股本都會膨脹七、八百億元以上，因此額定資本額必須大幅調高。

兆豐金評估，目前兆豐金的實收資本額規模居金控公司第三，而每股獲利排名也居第三，以其他民營金控如中信、國泰等額定資本額都到2,000億元以上，積極對外併購，兆豐金要發展為亞洲區域性指標銀行，併購將是必要程序，自然需要更大的資本額支應，因此額定資本額既然要調高，超過2,000億元應該是最起碼的要求。

另外，雖然政策以推動公公併為優先，但是兆豐金認為，要有能力打亞洲盃，在公股難以編列預算對兆豐金現增之下，也應考慮引進策略性股東，所以額定資本額也要大幅提高。

兆豐金子公司兆豐銀正在評估併購馬來西亞、印尼當地銀行，併購規模可能超過新台幣百億元，且上周董事會也通過授權董事長、總經理處理併購事宜，以利加速進行併購案。因此今年兆豐金需要大量併購銀彈，資本額擴張力度也加大。

貴金屬盤後－市場臆測明年升息 金價破五周低點

部份市場人士認為，聯準會有可能早至明年，就會開始調升利率。由於利率上升會推高美元匯率，則美元計價商品價格將隨之下跌。就在這樣的市場氣氛下，周一的黃金期貨價格大跌將近 2%，創下逾 5 周以來最低收盤水準。

紐約商品交易所的 Comex 部門 4 月份黃金期貨，周一 (24 日) 貶值 24.80 美元，或 1.9%，收在每盎司 1311.20 美元，為 2 月 13 日以來之最低收盤價。

分析師 Naeem Aslam 表示，由於黃金期貨價格今年以來累積漲幅已相當大，投資人已經開始進行獲利了結。而聯準會主席葉倫(Janet Yellen)上周的一番談話，被市場解讀為，聯準會的升息時機有可能比市場原先預估的早，之後大型基金就開始減持黃金部份了。

不過舊金山地區聯邦準備銀行總裁 John Williams 在今天 (24日) 對華盛頓郵報 (Washington Post) 表示，聯準會官員上周的談話並沒有暗示，升息時機將比外界原先預做的早。

美國最新製造業 PMI 指數的初始數據今天出爐，由 2 月份的 57.1 下降至 3 月份的 55.5。不過製造業仍處於成長的狀態。

牛市氣氛仍在

當月黃金期貨價格今年來已上漲約 9%，表現遠勝 2013 年大跌 28%，創下 1984 年以來最大年跌幅的記錄。

FOREX.com 的技術分析師根據最近的 CFTC 收據指出，雖然黃金期貨價格自上周到今天跌掉了不少，不過投機格似乎對黃金今年走牛市仍有相當的信心。

5 月份白銀期貨價格周一貶值 24 美分，或 1.2%，收在每盎司 20.07 美元，連續第 6 個交易收低。

5 月高級黃銅期貨周一早上開盤後一度走升，不過最終仍未能守著成果，最後以下滑半美分，收在每磅 2.946 美元。

匯豐銀行集團 HSBC 今天公布，中國 3 月份製造業採購經理人指數(PMI)，下降至 8 個月新低點，降幅大於預期。這使得部份經濟學家開始揣測，中國政府會不會推出新的刺激措施做為因應。

4 月份鉑金期貨周一貶值 4.80 美元，或 0.3%，收在每盎司 1431.20 美元。6 月份鈀金期升值 5.05 美元，或 0.6%，來到每盎司 794.35 美元。
