F-臻鼎科技（4958）今天股價上漲0.1元、0.13%，收盤價站上80元，創近四個月收盤新高。

F-臻鼎2013年及第4季的營收、獲利及每股稅後純益均創歷史新高，也遠高於市場預期，董事會擬每股配發現金股利3元，同創上市掛牌新高，盈餘配股率40.49%，公司強調仍看好2014年將擴增產能，保留現金。

F-臻鼎2013年第4季營收228億元，毛利率19.19%，稅後純益21.7億元，每股稅後純益2.94元；營收、稅後純益、每股稅後純益季增率各為34.16%、51.12%、51.55%，毛利率提高1.38個百分點，為四季最高。

F-臻鼎2013年營收644.83億元，毛利率18.44%，稅後純益54.71億元，每股稅後純益7.41元；營收、稅後純益、每股稅後純益年增率各為16.46%、34.89%、34.97%，毛利率下滑1.02個百分點。

F-臻鼎2014年2月營收36.57億元，比1月減少40.84%，創一年新低，仍優於2013年2月25.5%；前兩月營收98.39億元，年增率21.88%。

到宜蘭，孕婦有優先停車位！縣長林聰賢昨天啟用孕婦可以優先停放的汽車、機車停車格，並宣布補助孕婦產檢的車資，家裡有3歲以下幼兒的縣府員工，都可以申請彈性上班。

快到婦幼節了，宜蘭縣首設的孕婦優先停車位，有汽車格、機車格，第一批設在縣政府的停車場，有5個機車格、4個汽車格，粉紅色的車格邊線，並標明孕婦圖案，所在位置都是最靠近機構的入口處，以方便孕婦停車，未來將逐漸增加車格，其中汽車格的部分，預計兩個月內要增加為100個。

民間也響應友善孕嬬，喜互惠生鮮超市在縣內15家分店的停車場，都畫設孕婦優先停車位，羅東聖母醫院也在停車場增畫孕婦優先停車格。

縣長林聰賢說，孕婦優先停車位就如博愛座一樣，目前並沒有強制性，未來打算比照身障停車位，擬訂相關條例，規定不得占用。

縣政府社會處長邵治綺說，只要是孕婦，不必有證，即可停放，孕婦優先停車格會推廣到公私營停車場、賣場、醫院、甚至路邊停車場。

同時，婦女懷孕後期，挺著大肚子開車，容易頂到方向盤，為保護孕婦與胎兒，宜蘭縣長林聰賢昨天宣布，縣政府將補助縣籍婦女或配偶產檢車資1000元，以降低孕婦到醫院產檢路途上的風險，鼓勵她們搭乘大眾交通運輸工具。新措施將自5月1日起實施，追溯到今年1月1日。

另外，家中有3歲以下子女的縣府及所屬機關的員工，無論男女，今天起都可以申請彈性上班，員工可以選擇在8點上班，或等安頓好家中幼兒，晚一個鐘頭9點到班，只要下班前補足上班時數即可。

另外，為了方便媽媽們哺乳，宜蘭縣政府與企業合作，創設「友善哺集乳場所」，提供靠背座椅、哺育巾供哺乳媽媽使用，並號召更多店家加入，支持友善的婦幼環境。

市府公園處2月統計，全市有60處公園綠地，20年來沒有更新過，堪稱是「高齡設施」，不符合現代的使用需求。市府為打造世界設計之都，決定挑選出幾座公園改造。

選出的4座公園，中強公園是台北樹蛙的重要棲地、天和與天和1號公園相鄰，具有士林八景之一「番井沸泉」、東和公園有玉潮坑溪穿越其間、萬有一號公園鄰近寶藏巖。

目前各公園的主題已定案，正進行細部設計。中強公園主題為「樹蛙‧綠意‧水生活」；天和與天和1號公園為「芝蘭、番井、流水吟」，番仔井水紋為公園設計概念。

而東和公園主題特色為「玉潮溯源、古天母」，打造生活、休憩、保育的親水活動環境；萬有1號公園以「陽光˙療癒」為概念，回溯景隆街採煤小鐵路的歷史人文記憶。
