陳姓男子去年在桃園中壢租屋，去年闖入隔壁女大生房間，持剪刀抵住女大生頸部，接著強拍裸照並性侵，女大生報警抓狼，陳男落網時竟還無恥辯稱：「拿剪刀是幫她剪襯衫線頭。」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳姓男子（29歲）去年5月在中壢市租屋，10月以網路連線有問題騙隔壁女大生開門後，持剪刀抵住女大生頸部威嚇：「妳只有被綑綁在房內、遭殺害或拍攝裸照3種選項，給妳選！」接著強拍裸照並性侵。

陳男犯後還連續2天打電話騷擾女大生，女大生忍無可忍，告知男友後報警究辦。陳男落網時坦承強拍裸照，但無恥辯稱：「拿剪刀是幫她剪襯衫線頭。」法官認為根本是狡辯之詞，昨依加重強制性交等罪判處11年2月徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）

福島核廠出包 輻汙水送錯地點

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年4月14日專電）日本媒體報導，東京電力公司今天表示，福島第一核電廠的輻射汙水處理過程中，原本沒預定運用的4台幫浦運轉，將203噸的高濃度輻射汙水送到非移送的目的地。

福島第一核電廠於2011年311東日本大震災時發生核災，為冷卻1至3號機核反應爐所熔落核廢料的水成為高濃度輻射汙水，持續在核反應爐機房地下積存著，核電廠人員利用幫浦汲取輻汙水，移送到反應爐附近的幾座處理輻汙水設施。

東電表示，昨天傍晚核電廠員工發現，原本水位應上升的建築物水位卻下降了，情況異常。調查結果得知，10日到13日之間原本沒預定使用的4台幫浦運轉，大約有203噸高濃度輻射汙水被送錯，送到輻射汙水流到焚化作業機房的建築物地下。

東電說，這些汙水平均每公升含有3700萬貝克的高濃度輻射銫。

焚化作業機房地下沒與其他建物相連，所以輻汙水不致外洩，但這地點並非政府批准可以儲存輻汙水的地方，所以已下令員工將這些輻汙水汲取，移送到原來的建築物。這項作業今天下午已開始進行。

啟動運轉的4台幫浦是2011年6月為了因應緊急情況移送汙水所設的，但未曾使用過。東電正在調查為何幫浦會啟動運轉。

福島第一核電廠今年2月將輻汙水輸送到儲存槽的配管應是關閉狀態的閥呈現開的狀態，導致有100噸輻汙水外洩。至今尚未查明為何配管閥會被轉開。
