| 投審會首納國安局副局長為審議委員

經濟部常務次長卓士昭上午到立法院外交及國防委員會就「兩岸簽署服貿協議之國家安全審查機制及運作」進行專案報告，他表示，投審會委員會原由經濟部次長、財政部次長等19人組成，並由經濟部次長兼任委員會的主任委員。現為強化投資審議的功能性與代表性，經濟部已自今年4月11日起，參照美國外國投資委員會審核外資企業進入美國運作模式，明確讓負責國家安全的機關參與投資審議，同時修正經濟部投資審議委員會組織規程第2條規定，增列國家安全局副局長為委員會委員。

| 日本郵輪停靠花蓮 帶來2500遊客

鑽石公主號今天上午載著2500名來自日本的遊客，停靠在花蓮港，這也是這艘郵輪首航花蓮港。鑽石公主號由日本東京啟程後，途經沖繩造訪台灣，首站就選擇花蓮。
花蓮縣政府舉辦首航歡迎儀式，藉由熱力四射的原住民舞蹈，迎接世界級的大型郵輪。遊客將到著名景點太魯閣，松園，鐵道文化館，慶修院，港天宮一覽花蓮美貌。鑽石公主號傍晚5時啟程，前往高雄。

| 濱海公路水泥車爆胎起火 火勢速撲滅

宜蘭縣頭城鎮濱海路五段今天上午7時許，一輛水泥車北上行經大溪漁港附近，右後輪突然爆胎起火，駕駛立即將車輛停靠路邊報案，消防局出動大里、頭城分隊前往搶救，火勢迅速在30分鐘內撲滅，沒有造成人員傷亡，詳細起火原因有待警消人員調查，釐清是否因超載造成車輛爆胎。
