微軟涉壟斷 CEO傳將訪陸解危

（中央社台北2014年8月28日電）彭博引述路透報導，微軟執行長納德拉（Satya Nadella）9月下旬將訪問中國大陸，同時大陸則針對微軟這家全球軟體巨擘展開反托辣斯調查。

根據報導，這將是納德拉出任微軟（MicrosoftCorp. US-MSFT）掌門以來，首度訪中。

外界目前尚不清楚2月接掌微軟的納德拉此行是否會與中國政府代表會晤，或是向中國國家工商行政管理局化解一些問題。國家工商行政管理局是大陸反托辣斯主管當局之一。

微軟發言人則不願證實這次出訪。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）

針對國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文提出政見，要把一殯原址改為公共住宅一事，擬參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲今天表示，「我不曉得誰會想去住那裡」。柯文哲認為，就台北市的長期規劃而言，一殯在民權東路上還是要改，然而搬走是沒問題，要考量的是搬去哪裡，且遷移後一開始，應還是以公園或博物館為優先規劃。

張顯耀案 馬：兩岸起小波瀾

〔自由時報記者周思宇／台北報導〕陸委會前特任副主委張顯耀涉嫌洩密，馬英九總統前天才暗指張為兩岸關係「害蟲」，昨再度談及此事則表示，張案僅是兩岸關係發展大勢中的小波瀾，將秉持毋枉毋縱的態度處理，也會持續推動兩岸關係。

馬英九昨出席一○三年軍人節暨全民國防教育日表揚大會，頒發國軍楷模、模範團體、敬軍模範及全民國防教育傑出貢獻團體獎；馬致辭時也對張案表達立場。

馬指出，兩岸已簽署二十一項協議，台海關係是六十五年來最穩定的時刻，最近發生疑似洩密案只是兩岸關係發展大勢中的小波瀾，政府一定會秉持毋枉毋縱的態度處理。

對兩岸關係發展方向，馬重申，政府立場清楚，在中華民國憲法架構下，維持台海「不統、不獨、不武」原則，並在「九二共識、一中各表」的基礎上，追求兩岸和平發展，且要在有效、合法、相互尊重的情況下推動，才是真正對台灣人民有利。

馬說，兩岸關係從殺戮戰場變成和平大道、經貿商場，台海情勢明顯趨緩，加上台日簽訂漁業協定、台菲關係改善，國際社會皆對此表示肯定。

最近換開公司的車去跑客戶，所配的車是TOYOTA ALTIS(除了ALTIS就是VIOS) 車子還很新，里程數不到一萬五，但是有一點很困擾我，就是開高速公路的時候 時速八九十以上要變換車道時，有一種屁股沒跟上來的感覺，那種感覺有點難形容 (很像是騎摩托車時，後輪的氣沒灌飽，轉彎時後輪會小撇的感覺，但是機車後輪只要灌 飽就OK了) 所以開ALTIS第一次碰到時，還特地檢查後輪胎壓，可是胎壓都一切正常 所以現在上高速公路這件事，對我來說是個困擾，因為變換車道時， 都有一點點的不安全感，開高速公路讓我情緒緊張，只能慢慢的變換車道， 有問過其他同事，只有一個人跟我有一樣的感覺，大部分人都無感。 要如何讓自己變得不那麼有感呢?可否請教有經驗的人分享一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.135.2.229 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409302812.A.388.html

柴智屏喊「一罪不兩罰」 法界駁斥

藝人柯震東在北京吸食大麻被捕，今日凌晨獲釋。對於經紀人柴智屏曾喊話「不要一罪兩罰」，法界人士駁斥，行政罰與刑責不能混為一談。

柴智屏曾公開呼籲台灣司法單位，希望柯震東返台後不要一罪兩罰；法界人士對此不以為然，律師姜志俊表示，柯震東在大陸是依「治安管理法」拘留，類似台灣的「社會秩序維護法」，屬於行政罰，而大麻在台灣「毒品危害防制條例」屬於二級毒品，為刑事責任，沒有一罪兩罰的問題。

姜志俊指出，依據憲法，大陸地區仍屬於中華民國固有疆域，在大陸犯罪仍受台灣法律約束。因此預料柯震東一回台灣就會面臨刑事追訴，不論是否緩起訴，驗尿、勒戒可能躲不掉。

剛剛手殘按到 請見諒 最近考慮換手機 唯二的考量就是電量 希望電量可以撐很久 就算手機比較厚也沒關係 第二個考量算是配合第一個考量 就是希望盡量不要發熱 尤其是燙到不能充電的那種 沒有品牌迷思 沒有特別需求 預算當然就希望盡量便宜 但是2萬以內的都可以考慮 我目前是用 ONE X 用了快兩年半了 其實用的還不錯 缺點就是電量少 超容易燙 存儲空間少 請問各位大大有什麼建議嗎? ※ 編輯: gn01669281 (61.230.190.231), 08/28/2014 20:41:04
