巴克萊半導體首席分析師陸行之指出，台積電16奈米FinFET製程若能提早一季量產，明年第4季前，FinFET製程產能就能與三星並駕齊驅，因此對台積電維持「優於大盤」看法，目標價170元。

【金屬盤後】鈀漲逾13年高

（中央社台北2014年9月2日電）彭博報導，鈀價漲逾13年高點，因俄羅斯遭進一步制裁的展望令外界對這個全球最大生產國供應受阻疑慮加深。金價變動不大。

倫敦時間1日下午4時6分，即期鈀價上漲0.5%，至每盎司910.05美元，盤中觸及912.26美元，為2001年2月以來最高。紐約商品交易所12月交割期鈀價格上漲0.2%，報每盎司911.40美元。

倫敦白金價格上漲0.1%，報每盎司1423.25美元。黃金價格持平，報每盎司1287.19美元，銀價上揚0.1%報19.485美元。

倫敦銅價下跌，因跡象顯示全球首大工業金屬消費者─中國大陸工廠需求減緩。

倫敦金屬交易所（LME）3個月後交割期銅價格下挫0.6%，每噸收6942美元。倫敦市場期鋅、期鉛、期鋁、期鎳和期錫價格都下滑。

紐約商品交易所12月交割期銅價格下滑0.3%，報每磅3.1515美元。紐約商品交易所因假期關係，場內交易暫停。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）

美國股、債市9月1日因適逢勞工節休市一天

美國股市、債市9月1日都因適逢勞工節(Labor Day)而休市一天。

在經濟數據改善、市場猜測各國央行應該會維持貨幣刺激政策的帶動下，美股四大指數8月29日全面收高，而標準普爾500指數的8月份也創下今(2014)年2月來最大單月漲幅。

道瓊工業平均指數8月29日終場上漲0.11%(18.88點)、收17,098.45點；月線勁揚3.23%。那斯達克指數上漲0.5%(22.57點)、收4,580.27點，創2000年3月29日以來收盤新高；月線勁揚4.82%。標準普爾500指數上漲0.33%(6.63點)、收2,003.37點，創歷史收盤新高；月線勁揚3.77%、為2000年以來表現最好的8月份。費城半導體指數上漲0.74%(4.76點)、收645.25點，創7月22日以來收盤新高；月線勁揚6.21%。

另外，烏克蘭、俄羅斯衝突難解，加上市場猜測歐洲央行(ECB)可能加碼貨幣刺激政策，則讓美國10年期公債殖利率在8月份創下1月份來最大單月跌幅。

彭博社報導，Bloomberg Bond Trader報價顯示，紐約債市8月29日尾盤時，美國10年期公債殖利率持平於2.34%、盤中最低跌至2.32%；過去一個月大跌了21個基點、創1月以來最大單月跌點。美國10年期公債殖利率曾在8月15日跌至2.30%，創2013年6月新低。公債殖利率與價格呈現反向走勢。
