德國聯邦政府勞工辦公室(Federal Labour Office)今天(30日)發布的資料顯示，由於經濟前景看俏，加上天氣異常溫暖，因此德國4月份失業率再度下降。
聯邦政府勞工辦公室在聲明中指出，4月份登記為失業的人數減少了2萬5千人，比分析師先前預估的1萬人多出不少。
建築業和農業等特定產業通常在天氣較溫暖時，會比較需要人手幫忙。
聯邦政府勞工辦公室表示，經季節調整後，德國失業率仍然維持在6.7%，

推廣海洋能源 日選實驗海域

（中央社記者楊明珠東京30日專電）「日本經濟新聞」報導，日本政府希望讓海洋的再生能源實用化，計劃建實驗海域。已知有7個縣推出11處海域報名候選，如被選定，將有利於招商。

列名候選的海域有岩手、新潟、和歌山、佐賀、長崎、鹿兒島、沖繩縣等11處。日本政府預計今年夏天分別選出因應海上風力等發電方式的地點。

受到福島第一核電廠核災影響，再生能源的重要性重新受重視，如果企業對實驗海域的關心度高，地方自治體可藉以招攬相關產業投資，活絡地方經濟。

佐賀縣以唐津市的加島外海為候選海域，希望爭取實施浮體式海洋風力發電及以潮流發電。佐賀縣估算，如被選為海洋能源普及實驗海域，將有助於招攬相關產業，為地方帶來5年約7億日圓（約新台幣2億1000萬元）的經濟效益。

311東日本大震災災區岩手縣則是考慮在釜石市外海，進行波力和海洋風力發電。將在釜石灣內、灣口處裝設機器，並設立試運轉的海域。1030430
