中鋼集團在越南台幹眷屬 31人將返台

越南周日將有全國大遊行，中鋼集團決定先將派駐當地員工的眷屬撤返台灣，以維安全。31名眷屬在2名主管陪同下，晚間安全抵達胡志明市機場，將搭加班機到桃園機場，再由專車載回高雄。

中鋼集團在越南有台日合資的中鋼住金越南公司 (CSVC)、中貿金屬工業公司 (CSMV)，共有80多名台幹；2公司及在胡志明市的辦公室在昨天及今天均停工，預計明天復工。

越南排華暴動的發展難以揣測，中鋼董事長鄒若齊今天與駐越南主管進行視訊會議，獲悉周日的大遊行是全國性，不只在最早發生暴動的平陽省。

鄒若齊指示派駐人員「全員留守」，周日加強戒備；為讓派駐人員不要有後顧之憂，眷屬先送回國。

中鋼住金越南公司及中貿金屬台幹主要都從胡志明市機場往來高雄，胡志明市來回高雄每天只有1個航班，飛機又小，根本訂不到機位，所以改飛桃園。

中鋼住金越南公司董事長翁朝棟晚間在越洋電話說，載眷屬的專車安全抵達胡志明市機場，等加班機到即可返台。

翁朝棟等主管到公司掌控全程，眷屬安抵胡志市機場，才稍鬆了一口氣；相關主管仍要徹夜守候，等眷屬都回到台灣才能安心。對他們而言，這又是一個難熬的漫漫長夜。

（法新社巴黎14日電） 蝗蟲這種大胃口飛行昆蟲能數百萬隻成群出沒，掠奪田地的作物，長期以來一直被人與飢餓聯想，如今能否成為人類的食物？

如果邀集糧食專家與昆蟲學者的1項重要會議所言不虛，蝗蟲與其他許多富含蛋白質的昆蟲，幾年後將成為隨手可得的菜餚。

為期4天的「全球以昆蟲為食會議」（Insects toFeed the World Conference）今天在荷蘭瓦荷寧罕大學（Wageningen University）召開，范赫伊斯（Arnold van Huis）教授表示，「目前有2000種昆蟲可以食用，昆蟲形成了龐大的機會與市場」。

這項會議有450多名國際組織的研究人員與代表出席，包括歐洲聯盟（EU）、美國農業部與聯合國糧農組織（FAO）。

「全球以昆蟲為食會議」也召集一群民間企業家，他們是有遠見的先驅，相信飼養並將昆蟲加工成食物，是未來的趨勢。

聯合國糧農組織去年5月正式允許食用昆蟲，宣告這不僅是由來已久的維他命與胺基酸來源，對環境也有益處。（譯者：中央社張曉雯）

馬總統昨天聲明，綠卡已失效，會不會被追稅，七月就會見真章，若需向美國繳稅，他願意辭職，負所有政治責任。

七月一日起，美國國稅局（IRS）將向全球海外美籍及有綠卡的人士追稅，壹週刊報導，馬英九總統的綠卡狀態符合繳稅規定，將創下台灣總統繳稅給美國的首例。馬總統昨天聲明，綠卡已失效，若需向美國繳稅，他願辭職，負所有政治責任。

美國政府日前通過「外國帳戶稅收遵從法（FATCA）」，七月一日起IRS將向全球海外美籍、持有綠卡與通過居留測試的人士追稅，被外界稱為「肥咖條款」。

壹週刊昨報導，以馬總統的綠卡資料向IRS駐北京辦事處查證，符合外國帳戶稅收遵從法需報稅。民進黨主席蘇貞昌、前主席游錫?和謝長廷昨批評馬總統向美國繳稅，是奇恥大辱、國際笑話。

總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬總統的綠卡早已失效，絕無可能向美國政府報稅，此事七月一日就會見真章；若馬總統需向美國繳稅，願意辭職負所有政治責任。若事實證明馬總統綠卡已失效，故無須向美國繳稅，那就請蘇、游、謝公開承諾將來願意向國人與馬總統道歉，並負起一切的政治與法律責任，還給馬總統公道；壹週刊也應為惡意誤導大眾的報導內容，負所有的法律責任。

她指出，馬總統二○○八年競選時已清楚說明，在美國求學工作時所申請的綠卡廿多年前就放棄，早已自動失效。馬總統之後多次前往美國，都是使用非移民簽證，當時美國在台協會（AIT）台北辦事處長包道格也公開說明，只要離開美國一年內未再使用，綠卡就失效。

李佳霏也表示，馬總統當年申請綠卡的英文名是「Ying—jeou Ma」，壹週刊向IRS北京辦事處網站查詢的是「Mark Y.J. Ma」，並指馬現於北京任職一年；馬總統是一九五○年七月十三日出生，壹週刊則指為「一九五○年七月十二日」。

知情人士表示，壹週刊錯誤百出，甚至假冒元首名義，府方不排除依法界建議，追究偽造文書的法律責任。

《財報》日軸承大廠NTN營益暴增353% 傳在墨建新廠

日本第2大軸承廠NTN 14日於日股收盤後公佈上年度(2013年度；2013年4月-2014年3月)財報：因車用軸承銷售大增，加上受惠日圓走貶，帶動合併營收年增18.4%至6,389.70億日圓，合併營益暴增353.5%至330.03億日圓，合併淨損額達146.48億日圓、陷入虧損的主因為提列約270億日圓獨占禁止法相關損失。NTN為台灣汽車鍛壓件廠江興鍛(4528)的客戶。

上年度NTN車用軸承事業銷售額大增21.7%至4,339.44億日圓、營益受日圓走貶提振而自前一個年度(2012年度)的虧損89.81億日圓轉為盈餘119.99億日圓；產業機械用軸承事業銷售額年增7.9%至1,011.81日圓、營益暴增113.8%至32.79億日圓；維修/零售用軸承事業銷售額成長16.4%至1,038.44億日圓、營益成長20.4%至177.25億日圓。

NTN預估今年度(2014年度；2014年4月-2015年3月)合併營收將年增3.3%至6,600億日圓，合併營益將年增21.2%至400億日圓，合併純益預估為200億日圓、將為3年來首度轉盈。NTN上述今年度財測是以1美元兌100日圓、1歐元兌130日圓為前提的試算值。

據日經新聞14日報導指出，NTN計劃投下約120億日圓於墨西哥興建一座車用軸承新工廠，並預計於2015年啟用量產，所生產的產品將供應給在墨西哥進行增產投資的日美歐車廠。據報導，在美洲部分，NTN目前已於美國、加拿大和巴西設有生產據點，而上述新廠為NTN位於墨西哥的首座據點。

王品首季EPS 4元

觀光類股季報出爐，餐飲業因首季有春節檔期加持，獲利能力最為亮眼。上市股王品 (2727)首季季報繳出每股盈餘4元的成績，持續捍衛觀光股獲利王寶座，上櫃股瓦城 (2729)亦不遑多讓，首季每股純益來到3.54元，緊追在後。飯店股代表上市股晶華 (2707)則以每股盈餘2.79元排名第三，同屬餐飲高價指標股的F-美食 (2723)也挾亮眼的季增率急起直追，首季每股盈餘也有1.3元。

王品首季每股純益重新站回4元之上，不過，相較於去年同期的4.26元，仍出現衰退6.1%。不過，法人看好，王品今年營益率可望重回10%水準，另外，第二季雖然為淡季，但本月有母親節餐飲旺季檔期加持，預估營收可望有不俗表現。王品新品牌也預計要在本月亮相，雖然初期店數仍少，但按照過往經驗，可望再掀餐飲市場話題。

瓦城首季獲利表現亮眼，稅後淨利8231.4萬元，較去年同期成長23.82%，每股盈餘3.54元。瓦城也預計要在第二季推出新品牌，為繼瓦城、非常泰、1010湘之後的第四品牌。集團也加快在中國市場的拓店腳步，今年第二季將再進駐湖南菜品牌，以兩大菜系品牌鎖定華東地區拓點。

F-美食第一季合併營業淨利2.83億元，較上一季成長49%，稅後淨利1.83億元，每股稅後淨利為1.3元。主要是第一季在各主要營運區域如美國及中國地區的獲利均較前一季度明顯回升，帶動集團第一季的整體營業淨利率較去年第四季上升了近2個百分點。
