《MarketWatch》周四 (15日) 報導，美國公債殖利率大幅下滑，美元兌日元身價反向下跌。

《MarketWatch》周四 (15日) 報導，美國公債殖利率大幅下滑，美元兌日元身價反向下跌。

美元兌日元從周三稍晚 101.86 日元跌至 101.57 日元。觀測美元對應 6 種主要貨幣身價走勢的 ICE 美元指數，由 80.060 下滑至 80.032。另一種華爾街美元指數則從 72.91 減至 72.90。

美國 10 年期公債殖利率下滑至約 2.5％，係去 (2013) 年 10 月迄今首見低點，對本日美元匯價走勢構成相當壓力。

本日美國經濟數據大量出爐，周線失業救濟申請人數減至 2007 年 5 月至今最低紀錄。消費者物價指數 4 月經季調後月升 0.3％。

紐約州 5 月製造業指數上升至 19.0。

然而並非所有數據均為正向，美國房屋建商信心大減至 1 年低點；工業產值 4 月期間下滑 0.6％，跌幅大於預期。

歐元兌美元從 1.3715 小跌至 1.3712 美元，因歐元區第一季經濟表現疲軟帶動跌勢，也加強市場對歐洲央行下個月可能擴大施行寬鬆政策的預期。自 5 月 6 日迄今歐元匯價持續下行，8 日央行總裁德拉吉 (Mario Draghi) 稱若有必要，樂意於 6 月採取寬鬆動作，更進一步下拉歐元身價。

歐元區第一季國內生產毛額 (GDP) 擴張 0.2％，不如經濟學家預期的 0.4％。整體當季成長幅度，主要係受德國的 0.8％ 增幅帶動，消弭意大利和荷蘭等地的負面影響。

歐元區 4 月消費者物價指數年率增長 0.7％，遠低於歐洲央行的中期通膨預期目標 2％。

英鎊兌美元身價從周三稍晚 1.6769 美元揚升至 1.6791 美元。澳元則由 93.79 美分跌價至 93.57 美分。

自住屋限3戶 超過課3倍稅

政府打房，要對非自住宅加課重稅，但什麼才算「自住宅」呢？財政部最新定義出爐，個人加上直系血親總戶數上限是3戶，也就是擁有第4戶，不管有沒有出租或營業，房屋稅率都要加重最高到3.6%，算一算擁有第4戶的民眾，未來一年得多繳7千多元的稅，至少影響30萬戶，不過財政部規定自用宅上限3戶，剛好財政部長張盛和也擁有3戶房，被立委虧根本該不會是「張盛和條款」吧。

民眾：「房屋稅3600元。」

房屋稅繳了多少，趕緊記帳寫，未來再買房屋，稅就要加重，財政部對自住宅有了新定義，除了本人加上配偶，還能買房給父母和子女等直系血親，總共3戶，一定要有居住事實，房屋稅率可以維持最低1.2%，不過一旦擁有了第四戶，不管有沒有出租或營業，房屋稅率從1.5%，三等級跳到最高3.6%，財政部定義自用宅最多只能3戶，卻遭立委調侃，該不會是替部長量身打造？

立委薛凌vs.財政部長張盛和：「部長你有幾戶房屋啊，我有三戶，那這樣就課不到你了喔，我現在我，我住...是不是『張盛和條款』，不是、委員，我現在住的就課不到，因為我那個是舊房子。」

財政部長有三間房，因為是老公寓評定現值低於10萬，所以不用繳稅，但如果假設一對夫妻在台北市，擁有30坪數電梯華廈一共4戶，評定現值30萬，現在房屋稅只要1萬4千元，未來第四戶最高要課3.6%，等於一年給多繳7200元，投資客會怕嗎？

房仲業者張旭嵐：「每戶增加7千多元左右的稅，都還在他們(投資客)可承受範圍中，所以想透過這種方式，達到打房效果，可能整體來說，力道就偏小。」

根據財政部統計，目前全國有68萬戶擁有3屋，28萬戶有4房，粗估有30萬戶得多繳稅，不過真正的有錢的投資客，對於一年多幾千元房屋稅，或許不痛不癢，但擔心政府打房再出招，先停、看、聽，暫時縮手炒房。

辜仲諒：尹衍樑稱不會霸占中信

金融市場盛傳，南山人壽大股東、潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑有意取得中信金控股權；中國慈善基金會董事長辜仲諒今天指出，他和尹衍樑是很好的朋友，他都稱呼尹為「尹大哥」。

辜仲諒說，兩人也曾就此事（中信金股權）聯繫過，尹衍樑跟他（辜）說，「不會罷占別人的東西（指中信金）！」

辜仲諒也說，自己選擇相信尹總裁。

言下之意，辜仲諒認為，潤泰無意取得中信金股權，南山人壽對中信金的持股，僅是財務性投資

根據中信金控數據，南山人壽是中信金控單一最大股東，持股近5％。
