台北捷運發生隨機殺人事件，高雄市長陳菊昨表示，將要求高雄捷運在車廂內設置監視器，市府並加強警力安全部署，並籲請市民保持警覺。

陳菊說，不止在高雄捷運，所有公共場域都須重視防止這類事件的再度發生；前天北捷事件發生後，市府立刻檢討如何加強高捷安全措施，除要求警方做好警力部署，同時要求高捷在車廂內裝置監視器。

高市捷運局長陳存永指出，高捷去年估計裝設監視器約需三千八百萬元，限於經費未能馬上裝設，北捷事件發生後，情況已不同，市府將要求高捷依約在車廂內裝設監視器。

在高捷車廂裝設監視器有無妨害隱私問題？陳存永說，公共場所沒有隱私權問題，監視器具嚇阻作用，並可自監視巡控中心提早發現異常，做好預防。

小弟目前體脂率多維持在9.8%~12.5%這個區間
但是總感覺肌肉線條不夠分明，尤其是腹肌的部份
如圖:

想請教各位前輩專家們分享指導一下如何可以讓腹肌線條更明顯?

我一周會跑1~2次慢跑10km~15km，偶爾會跑一下21k半馬

另外會有1~2天的重訓，沒有特別針對腹部，但已上半身跟核心為主。

這樣子的運動以維持約8個月

明基家用投影機結合NBA冠軍賽商機，強打三坪機，目標今年在台灣家用投影機市場占比達50%，蟬聯第一大；內外銷出貨總量挑戰100萬台新高，代工廠佳世達（2352）受益最大。

明基是全球最大DLP投影機自有品牌，整體出貨量排名第二大，僅次於日商愛普生（EPSON）。

明基昨（22）日表示，家用投影機與全家便利商店-信義區三興店合作，將於25日舉辦「NBA Live百吋Full HD投影體驗秀」，透過明基三坪機投影100吋Full HD大畫面，現場轉播「NBA東區冠軍戰-溜馬VS熱火」之戰，讓現場觀賽者更能身歷其境。

明基指出，自推出「三坪機系列」即廣獲市場好評，方便安裝、不必動裝潢的功能更獲得熱烈迴響，讓消費者輕鬆在三坪小客廳擁有100吋大畫面的震撼享受。

明基是明基友達集團的核心企業。明基表示，去年在台灣家用投影機市場占比達45%以上，今年挑戰成長至50%，坐穩家用市場龍頭。

今年台灣投影機三大市場包括企業、教育及家用市場。去年明基品牌投影機在台灣市場整體的占比達15%，今年邁向市占20%，位居第二大，僅次於愛普生3-LCD晶片投影機。

市調機構FutureSource統計，去年明基投影機全球出貨量達85.7萬台，在全球市占率10.4%、排名第二，今年明基出貨量將持續成長。

瑞智精密（4532）今年變頻壓縮機目標年增五成，達150萬台新高，日本家電大廠夏普（SHARP）外，大陸TCL、台灣聲寶也擴大採用，同步打入日、台、中三地的家電主力廠商。法人預估，全年營收將再創新高。

瑞智是台灣最大、全球第四大壓縮機大廠。瑞智昨（22）日表示，指標性的變頻壓縮機，去年量產達百萬台之後，今年進一步成長至150萬台，年增50%，除獲得主力客戶日商SHARP肯定，今年也擴大拿到TCL、聲寶的訂單，成為大幅成長的動力。

根據瑞智的股東會報告書指出，強調互換資源、互利共贏的戰略布局，今年中國大陸內銷市場要成長45%；加碼拓展中東、印度市場，挑戰年增50%，全年壓縮機逾1,300萬台。

瑞智第1季合併營收51.05億元，稅後純益3.17億元，每股純益0.59元，獲利成長超過五成。前四月合併營收68.41 億元，年增20.3%；壓縮機銷售量509萬台，年增26.99%，成長幅度均超過二成。

瑞智在台灣觀音、廣東惠州及山東青島均設有生產基地，去年壓縮機出貨量1,236萬台，營收164.72億元。法人認為，今年瑞智壓縮機出貨將逾1,300萬顆，是歷年新高，推升全年業績可望超過2011年的167億元，再創新高。

壓縮機出貨則採取分散策略，瑞智單一客戶出貨占比不超過20%，全球空調大廠格力、海爾、海信、TCL、美的、夏普，及台灣的聲寶、大同、禾聯碩等都是客源。

瑞智強調，強化垂直整合的效益，二年多前拓展的熱泵乾衣機用壓縮機，毛利、單價均比空調用壓縮機佳，獲得德國Miele、BOSCH、瑞典伊萊克斯等知名品牌下單，在歐洲占有率最高，預估今年出貨量上看150萬台，年增一成以上。
