誰殺了東湖櫻？ 居民指內溝溪整治工程

台北市東湖民眾經過八年努力種植成功的東湖櫻花步道，櫻花季吸引許多遊客前往欣賞，讓人驚艷。不久前櫻花樹大量死亡，民眾指禍首是內溝溪整治工程惹禍。

東湖居民林清池說，東湖步道的櫻花，是台北市除了陽明山以外，與中正紀念堂齊名的兩大平地櫻花林。東湖櫻花步道全長約3公里，櫻花分五區種植約2000多株，包括原生種霧社櫻、寒櫻、八重櫻、天城吉野櫻、昭和櫻等。

志工顏功讚、曹錦昌、吳清源談到櫻花盛開的景象，忍不住眉飛色舞。尤其不同種類輪流盛開，讓東湖步道櫻花從1月下旬到4月，都有櫻花可賞。

吳清源說，今年東湖步道櫻花盛開時，還有台中、高雄民眾，遠道搭遊覽車到東湖賞櫻，人潮多時一天有三、五百人。月前陸續有志工發現，櫻花植株陸續死亡，光是樂康步道的天城吉野櫻死了80多株，忠二橋到瓏山林橋間也有200多株的霧社櫻枯死，死亡數量約占十分之一。

花了四年心血種植霧社櫻的邱勝旺說，內溝溪整治前開過公聽會，當時居民就表達，希望施工時能妥善保護櫻花步道，沒想到施工後櫻花死傷遍地，部分河岸綠地部分堤岸還舖上水泥，還有樹木被砍。

林清池、顏功讚表示，當初內溝溪整治時，民眾就監督施工單位，若因為施工需要先移植櫻花，應該選在在櫻花休眠的12月進行，但施工單位不理會，在不對的時間移植，才導致櫻花大量死亡。

顏功讚說，樹旁邊都是水泥，連伸展空間都沒有，請問怎麼活？櫻花的枝幹整個被削去的，看得出是被施工車輛擦斷的，看著辛苦種植的櫻花樹大量死亡，許多志工不禁搖頭。

最近Skype被一個女網友加(我24她28) 前天跟她通話通到她睡著後 隔天她跟我說我很溫柔然後很喜歡我的聲音 很期待我通話而且如果有精神的話就要唱歌給我聽 後來昨天通話到一半對方也確實開始唱起歌來 因為我同時也有在跟其他人用skype聊天 手機會震動 她那邊也聽的到 所以也有跟她坦承 而且說聊天對象有男有女 後來她唱一唱停下來說她很寂寞 我就問她為什麼 她問我是不是把她的歌當BGM然後跟其他女生聊天 我說 對啊不回的話很失禮 然後 .... .... 她竟然哭了 她竟然哭了 她竟然哭了 後來我不斷的說對不起 她問我說我有跟她通過話嗎 我說有 她又問我還會跟她通話嗎 我說 不會 因為對方很冷淡無趣(其實我撒謊了) 她又一付要哭的樣子說 怕我們認識久了覺得無趣就不跟她說話... 後來在她停止哭泣一段時間後 因為她還有在吸鼻涕 我就跟她說鼻涕能不能處理一下 然後 .... .... 她又哭了 她又哭了 她又哭了 我想問的是 她是對我有意思嗎? 我們才互加skype兩天 請求各位解決小弟疑惑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 126.78.160.153 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Boy-Girl/M.1400893275.A.587.html

台日觀光高峰論壇昨（23）日在屏東墾丁登場，交通部次長陳建宇表示，在台日開放天空等措施的帶動下，台日雙方互訪400萬人次的目標，可望提前兩年達陣，今年來台日客預估有150至160萬人次。台灣觀光協會會長賴瑟珍強調，今年台日互訪破400萬人次，「絕對沒有問題」。

台日交流有多熱？統計數字會說話。觀光局長謝謂君表示，台日建立觀光論壇平台以來，雙方交流人數從2008年的240萬人次，成長到2013年的377萬人次，成長幅度高達57％，今年下半年故宮將赴日本東京、福岡展出，希望雙方共同開創觀光榮景。

為提升觀光交流的質與量，觀光局與日本輪流主辦「台日觀光高峰論壇」，今年移師墾丁舉行，超過180名台日觀光重量級代表與會。我方由交通部次長陳建宇率團，觀光局長謝謂君、台灣觀光協會會長賴瑟珍代表，日方則有日台觀光推進協議會會長山口範雄、日本觀光廳參與本保方明、理事加藤隆司等官員參加。

陳建宇表示，自訂下2016年達到台日互訪400萬人次的目標後，雙方透過催生羽田-松山通航、共同擴展旅遊產品，以及強化旅展、網站等管道的合作、雙方logo互為推薦等方式，逐年推升雙方交流人次。

賴瑟珍指出，台日觀光市場歷經全球金融海嘯、日本311地震、台灣H1N1新型流感及日幣貶值等考驗，在雙方頻密交流對話下，台日互訪人數6年來成長129萬638人次，成長率達52％，雙方設定的互訪人次目標已從300萬，提高到400萬。

山口範雄說，去年是台日交流成果豐碩的一年，雙方相互交流人口超過360萬人次，台灣去年訪日人數達220萬人次，相較於前1年增加50％，平均每10個台灣人，就有1人造訪日本。

不過，依據觀光局統計，日本去年訪台的旅客為142萬1550人次，與前年相比呈現持平，山口表示，日本旅行業針對4月底至5月初的黃金周調查，台灣是海外旅遊地排行首選，來台日本旅客人數可望成長，預估將有150至160萬人次。

為打破「赴日多、來台少」現況，觀光局將祭出城市行銷，擬推「城市旅遊卡」，向日本自由行旅客招手。今年下半年起，各縣市將提供交通、餐飲、住宿、博物館等優惠，結合在地店家、周邊產業，讓自由行旅客一卡在手，便利旅遊。

近3月新高 下周油價估漲2角

自由時報 – 

國際油價持續彈升，下週國內汽、柴油價格每公升恐再漲2角，用量最大的95無鉛汽油每公升估將漲到35.5元，創近3個月來最高價。

根據台灣中油官網公布數據，到5月22日止，浮動油價指標原油週均價為每桶107.85美元、新台幣兌美元匯率為30.195元，較前週每桶106.66美元、匯率30.207元，波動幅度約0.9%，估下週國內汽、柴油價格每公升再調漲2角。
