曾任營建署長的桃園縣前副縣長葉世文涉貪，據指出，政風人員掌握一些主管營建官員「疑有問題」的事證，內政部長陳威仁表示，「只要有顧慮就調整」。

內政部官員說，葉世文常要下屬安排飲宴，要求各國家公園管理處長輪流作東、安排高檔餐廳，但處長每月特別費六千元，根本不堪應付葉的要求。

內政部政風處長王敬前趁端午節連續假，整理營建署廉政資料，報告明天可望送達內政部長、次長，由高層定奪是否要換掉這些「暫無具體涉貪事證，但風評不佳、操守可議」的營建署「葉世文們」官員。

官員透露，政風人員日前已掌握四、五名營建署官員與業者不當往來的事證，並呈報上級建議換人；因葉案延燒，最快本周就會處置。陳威仁表示，相關考核都在持續進行，「只要有顧慮就調整」。

目前出訪國外的行政院長江宜樺，昨也針對葉世文涉貪表達「痛心與遺憾」，指他在內政部長任內，即曾接到關於葉世文的黑函，當時立即交由相關單位調查。

江宜樺於二○○九年九月接任內政部長，葉世文則早在廖了以擔任內政部長時即接任營建署長。

河南洛陽一條偏僻山村內，一名7歲智力不足的男童壯壯被關在豬圈超過3年。

男童父親表示，由於壯壯的祖父早已去世，其母親出走有再回來；加上自己經營一個磨坊，平時因為工作需要，要外出賺錢補補貼家用，祖母則一邊幫手工作，另一邊又要照顧壯壯的妹妹。

壯壯父親沒有多餘時間照顧兒子，因怕壯壯亂跑出意外，無奈下只好將他鎖在豬圈內。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）
