　　由巴哈姆特主辦、邁入第 2 屆的電玩音樂年度盛會「巴哈姆特 LIVE!」，將定 10 月 11 日晚間 7 點在 TICC 台北國際會議中心震撼演出，音樂會門票票房已逾 8 成，今日公佈更多活動資訊給玩家。再過幾天就是一年一度的遊戲盛會「東京電玩展」作曲家們特別百忙中抽空錄影現身跟台灣玩家問好。

　　作曲家下村陽子表示，《王國之心 HD 2.5 ReMIX》的曲子也將會在活動中演出，她個人也相當期待。

陳義雄說，和平島的青鱗魚是藍帶青鱗魚，又稱四點青鱗魚，俗稱青鱗仔，是台灣沿海常見的魚群。

「你看牠的嘴型，下顎部分比上顎還要長。」陳義雄表示，這說明青鱗魚是生活在淺海接近海面的魚類，它們生活在海面下方十公尺內海域，總是一大群一起活動，「只要一尾青鱗仔游錯方向，整群就會跟著『走錯路』。」他笑說。

青鱗魚容易受驚嚇，又是海洋食物鏈中較底層的魚種，只要夜間有強光、或遭大魚追趕、漁船靠近，這些很容易被「嚇一跳」的青鱗魚就會紛紛躍出海面，或是「跳」上岸。

鬼頭刀、白帶魚等肉食魚類被追也不會跳出水面，可能因此成為大魚食物。

陳義雄解釋，青鱗魚跳出水面不是「自殺」，而是一種相當聰明的本能，被追捕時可獲得一線生機。

除了和平島，金山區古老的「磺火捕魚」方式，也是利用青鱗魚趨光性的原理，讓魚兒自行投網。

夏秋之際海水溫度較高，加上台灣東北部的海水純淨，這些條件相當適合青鱗魚生存繁衍。

陳義雄說，台灣西岸較少看見青鱗魚，但基隆沿海港口與島嶼不時可見青鱗魚跳躍的壯觀景象，澎湖也是青鱗魚跳躍的熱區。

針對劣質豬油，行政院長江宜樺今天宣布八項強化食品安全的措施。他說將建立油品各階段的管理系統，包括油品進口的分流、廢油回收的管理等制度。

江宜樺今天在行政院記者會表示，現行油品食用、飼料用油、工業用油都未清楚區隔，未來將規定食品製造業者或加工業者不可用飼料、工業用油，否則將嚴罰。在進口管理時，將要求農委會、經濟部加強檢查強度，並要登記、申請輸入查驗，避免這些油品相互流用。

江宜樺說，未來夜市、商圈小吃店攤販的廢食用油，也將納入廢食用油的管理規範，將由環保署訪查，要求業者將廢食用油交給清潔隊或合格回收業者。至於事業產生的廢食用油，正在研議擴大列管事業的範圍。
