貨物承攬商表示，美國線本季一向是傳統旺季，除因應開學潮到來，當地進口商均會向亞洲供應商大舉拉貨外，包括感恩節、耶誕節，乃至於新年等消費檔期，都在本季陸續展開鋪貨行動。

這使泛太平洋運價穩定協議組織（TSA）宣布的8、9月漲價案均有斬獲，拉高美西、美東線運價水準。

雖然近期預訂艙位隨十一長假接近呈現減少，惟TSA看好長假後市場對艙位需求增溫，目前展開下季第一波漲價，包括美西線、美東線及內陸轉運等加收每FEU 600美元。

TSA旗下成員包含美國總統、達飛、中海運、中遠、韓進、馬士基、以星、長榮海、陽明、地中海航運、東方海外、HMM、HAPL、KLINE、NYK及YML等15個業者，正通知貨主調漲運費訊息。

若以前一周上海至美國線運價行情估算，美東基本港FEU 4,524美元，漲幅為13%。

美西線基本港為每FEU 2,195美元，漲幅27%。

歐洲線方面，業界面對近期因運力投放增加，運價稍有回落。

全球貨櫃航商龍頭馬士基率先啟動漲價行動，截至目前為止，包括達飛、東方海外、NYK等均陸續宣布調漲案，預期國內的長榮海、陽明也將跟進。

依各業者向貨主傳遞的漲價通知，由每TEU 450至690美元不等，平均漲價每TEU 570美元。

其中依前周北歐線基本港運價為每TEU 1,055美元、地中海線基本港運價每TEU 1,357美元估算，漲幅各是54%、42%。

法人認為，長榮海、陽明在美國與歐洲線兩條遠洋航線市場貨載量各占整體的50%、60%。

漲價若能達陣，將有助兩業者自第2季起重返獲利水準後繼續上攻，力拚全年由虧轉盈。

大戇牯協會利用課程講解、實體觀察和展示，讓學生和社區居民更了解麟洛溪，帶動民眾關注生態環境。協會表示，麟洛溪曾經溪水清澈，溪底有許多魚群悠游，近年來遭家庭及畜牧汙水汙染，溪水惡臭不堪，居民與麟洛溪的距離也逐漸加大。

除了室內課程說明，協會人員也帶著西勢國小70名師生，走出校園，實際走訪麟洛溪，觀察高翹鴴、紅冠水雞等生態。一位小朋友說，「雖然家就住麟洛溪附近，卻是第一次那麼近距離觀察麟洛溪，老師講解很有趣。」

協會在今年5月委託國立屏東科技大學進行麟洛溪水質取樣檢測，報告顯示，受檢溪段內的麟洛溪屬中重度汙染河段，溪裡懸浮固體、氨氮汙染含量皆偏高，主要汙染來源是動物排泄物及動物屍體分解所造成。協會會員林穎明表示，麟洛溪現在汙染很嚴重，「但只要鳥還繼續飛，我們相信還是有希望的。」

【時報-台北電】百貨業一級戰區、也是平價快速時尚店兵家必爭之地的信義商圈，今年最大黑馬就屬ATT 4 FUN；除GAP、ZARA HOME、ZARA副牌PULL&BEAR、UNIQLO副牌GU等均在此開首號店，明年Q2還將開全台辣妹最熱切盼望的韓系美牌Forever21首號店，據悉，甫在上周簽定長約的Forever21將以400坪大店現身，與日系的GU正面對決。

儘管百貨業近兩年堪稱「縮衣不節食」，但被定位為「中性休閒」或「複合式服飾專門店」的UNIQLO、ZARA、GAP等快速時尚品牌，正牌、副牌均以大坪數進攻全台百貨通路，且以「首號店」炒熱話題；例如台北阪急百貨、ATT 4 FUN等均以「首號店」站穩信義商圈地盤，尤其是ATT 4 FUN更囊括4個品牌「首號店」，包括ZARA HOME、PULL&BEAR、GAP與GU等，外加明年登場的Forever21，計有5家首號店，穩占市場第一大。

ATT集團創辦人戴春發去年重金挖角山田靖宏任ATT 4 FUN總經理，他在接受專訪指出，「首號店」是打響百貨通路知名度最直接的廣告效益！ATT 4 FUN自4年前接手「紐約紐約」購物中心經營權，從原本黯淡轉變成現今年輕族群追星流連的潮商場，當年戴春發更一手規畫從頂樓夜店往下吸客的「瀑布式商場」，山田靖宏則帶領團隊將快速平價大店GAP、PULL&BEAR等引進，加上GU、PLAZA TOKYO與既有MUJI、HANDS等中性休閒業種，不僅聚人潮，且甫開幕的4樓全樓層夢幻甜點樂園，則等同把原本人潮無法上達的誘因全填滿，成就「人潮即錢潮」盛況。

山田靖宏指出，ATT 4 FUN斥資上億元把4樓800坪潮服撤櫃，請來日本乃村設計夢幻甜點樂園，包括以蔬菜蛋糕聞名的「菠啾花園」、在台經營12年的克緹撒克CUTTY SARK英國茶館等15家餐飲名店，建構出夢幻甜點氛圍，如日本「自由之丘」，吸引周邊商辦上班族朝聖，預期將挹注全年業績上看40億。
