| 國會阻撓修憲 翁山蘇姬難選總統

翁山蘇姬總統夢碎？緬甸民主運動精神領袖翁山蘇姬，誓言角逐2015年總統大位，但國會13日卻加以阻撓，拒絕修憲使丈夫和兒子都是外國籍的翁山蘇姬擁有參選資格。專家認為，該規定是軍方特地為她量身訂座的排除條款，雖然翁及其政黨在明年大選的獲勝機率高，但國會卻為軍方和執政黨所把持，修憲難度極高。
諾貝爾和平獎得主翁山蘇姬，自去年表態參加2015年緬甸總統大選以來，頻頻受阻，現在她的總統之路將更加難行，因為緬甸國會「修憲委員會」13日投票決定，拒絕修改緬甸憲法中有關總統、副總統候選人資格規定，使得丈夫、兩個兒子都是英國籍的翁山蘇姬，不具總統候選人資格。
緬甸憲法規定，若配偶或子女為他國公民，均不得出任總統或副總統，若要修憲，必須由75%的國會議員同意，在這次的修憲委員會的31票中，只有5人贊成修憲。
這項投票對翁山蘇姬是一大打擊，因為軍人出身的緬甸總統登盛，自2010年上任以來，雖進行改革政策，但仍遭受嚴厲的批評。一般預料，翁山蘇姬與所屬的「全國民主聯盟」可望在2015年大選中勝出，但國會投票特果，翁連參選資格都沒有。
專家指出，配偶或子女為他國公民禁止參選總統的規定，是2008年軍方為阻撓翁山蘇姬，特別在憲法增設的「排除條款」。然而，修憲的難度的確極高，因為國會仍由軍方和執政黨「聯邦團結發展黨」所把持。
儘管如此，「全國民主聯盟」堅稱，因為現在的緬甸憲法是由前軍政府所訂定，反對派人士認為，只要軍方繼續主導政局，民主法治將難以實現，所以不會就此善罷甘休。
然而，翁山蘇姬並非孤立無援，為了促進緬甸的民主，美國曾多次祭出經濟制裁，要求軍方修憲，推動民主化。今年1月，美國國會通過法案，要求緬甸政府進行改革，做為取消制裁的交換條件。

韓國女團「4MINUTE 」的人氣成員泫雅，日前低調造訪香港，並在instagram上傳了身穿白色細肩帶低胸洋裝，走在街頭的影片跟照片，雖然目前似乎沒有公開行程，但她的心情看起來相當不錯。

| 無障礙步道有「障礙」 輪椅族難行

台北市有步道號稱「無障礙」，但有身障者實際體驗發現，步道入口不是被水泥路阻阻擋，就是步道有階楷，看得到卻用不到。
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，北市10大熱門親山步道中，信義區虎山溪步道、內湖區碧湖步道、文山區樟樹步道皆號稱「無障礙步道」，但身障者黃雅雯和多名身障朋友實際體驗虎山溪及碧湖步道，發現入口有路阻，一進步道就有階梯，看得到用卻用不到，痛批北市府「裝肖維」，「這種步道讓人看了心痛、氣到吐血。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
