士電改選 許育瑞連任董座

士林電機（1503）昨（20）日召開股東會改選董監事，會後隨即召開臨時董事會，由許育瑞連任董事長。

士電表示，今年將擴大和日本三菱電機的合作，全面進軍國際，年營收挑戰成長10%。

士電去年營收196.4億元，稅後純益11.7億元，較前年成長17%，每股稅後純益達2.25元。

昨天股東會通過每股配發現金股利1.4元，創十年新高。士電昨日股價下跌0.05元，以37.45元作收。

士電在電力配電方面，國內外布局均有所斬獲。公司指出，國內近期順利完成國內最大容量的台電核三廠更新案，國際業務除了和三菱電機赤穗工廠OEM合作。

4月更與美國三菱電機簽訂銷售合作，攜手擴展北美市場。

至於車輛零件，士電長期與三菱電機保持技術合作關係，雙方在大陸常州合資公司年產車用發電機130萬台、啟動馬達40萬台，每年維持穩定成長20%至30%。

范佩西：要大力神盃而非金靴

目前以3球並列世足賽進球榜第1的30歲荷蘭隊長范佩西直言：「金靴獎與大力神盃相比，連1％也比不上！」荷蘭提前晉級16強踢出問鼎新希望，范佩西宣言，要以上屆決賽經驗帶小老弟們全力一拚國史的世足賽第1冠。

無疑的，英俊挺拔、連兩場出賽都進球的荷蘭隊長，是當紅的風雲人物。他在預賽首戰藉由隊友半場傳中，福至心靈的「超人式」飛身頂入一記距離球門17碼的頭槌進球，是1970年以來世足賽最遠的頭槌進球，也堪稱本屆目前最佳一槌。

范佩西是金靴獎熱門人選之一，他受訪被問到「獲得金靴對你來說會有多重要」時，說了一段激勵全隊的話語：「如果可以獲得金靴獎我當然高興，因為少有球員能擁有這項榮譽，」旋即話鋒一轉：「但和獲得大力神盃的渴望相比，連1％也比不上。」

包括上一屆在內，荷蘭隊3度打入世足決賽都以亞軍作收，被糗總是「伴娘命」，也參與上屆決賽的范佩西於是說：「『如果再來一次』，我們會更知道如何頂住壓力。相信我們會在巴西有不錯的表現。」

范佩西目前與隊友羅本、德國前鋒穆勒都以3球並列世足賽進球榜第1。上屆世足賽金靴獎得主穆勒在首役獨進3球，完成本屆賽會首次「帽子戲法」（世足史上第49次）；而范佩西因為領了兩張黃牌將無法在24日預賽對壘智利的「B組第1爭霸戰」出賽，因此還有2場預賽的穆勒競逐金靴獎處於優勢。

Schitt Lyr2 的一點小問題

各位前輩好，

我於schitt官網上訂購了Lyr2，今天也到貨了

但是安裝的時候有些小問題想要請教

因為我是第一次安裝真空管，

所以想要問的是真空管插上去稍微按壓之後就好了嗎？

因為它沒有卡榫之類的，所以插好後稍微碰到還是會歪掉，

這樣是正常的嗎？

還有就是今天聽了一個多小時後，發現音量旋鈕變得很燙，

手碰著大概只能維持五秒鐘的那種熱度，

請問這樣也是正常的嗎？

話說這是以前的愛駒 2012年的TCR SL2

大概約1年多前愛上29er壓路的感覺,尤其是騎河邊鵝卵石超有快感XD

於是賣掉TCR SL2,然後買了2012年的Anthem 29er

但是每次騎車總會有只騎平路的時候吧,例如有時候只是想衝個淡水之類的

總不能每次跑平路都用Anthem 29er跑,於是萌生了再增加一部公路車的想法

本來一開始打算不想要再買捷安特了,想找稀有一點的車款

總之我是那種口嫌體正直的人

一邊狂抱怨捷安特太多人買一點都不稀有,很容易在路上撞車

沒想到在捷安特店內看到實車後.....結果最後還是選擇了捷安特

嫌貨才是買貨人咩XD

話說2015新年度這一批貨尺寸M/L號的庫存好像一隻就九數的完了

因此禮拜二確定要了之後趕緊請店家幫忙訂,然後今天(禮拜五)就拿到車啦

不過在店內忙著看師傅調整坐墊位置,變速.....就忘了拍照

以下是實圖

2015年度改成OD1規格

M/L號車架,壓縮不大,可以很明顯看出後上叉和立管誇張的連接方式

105 5800變把 (還算有質感)

105大盤,前變頗難調整(複雜許多)

最後來張的合照,黑白無雙!

整車實測重量大概8.多公斤初頭

(官網不含踏板7.7公斤,多踏板+大尺寸一些滿正常的)

目前車上配件只有後燈和碳纖水壺架

碼表還在掙扎該買500還是衝510所以沒敗下去

至於卡踏,因為喜歡走路方便一些

而且也不想再多買一雙卡鞋,因此仍選擇SPD系統的卡踏

最後裝上與Anthem相同的XT兩用卡踏,一面可上卡,一面是一般踏板踩踏

這樣有時騎個短程穿運動鞋就好不會太麻煩

以後等有錢再升級輪組

口袋名單為捷安特自產的,評價滿不錯的P-SL0或P-SLR1
