| 想把C200換成E200的建議？

小弟的2010年底W204 C200 CGI目前里程數已快6萬KM了，最近看到原廠傳來的E-CLASS促銷訊息，150萬60期零利率，蠻心動的~不曉得如果把目前的車子賣掉的話，再用這方案來購入E200 CLASSIC(牌價249萬)的話，是否合適？
幾個問題想請教大家，以我車目前的狀況(沒有任何事故及違規)，大概目前的中古行情如何？
若真要出售的話，是賣給中古車行？還是原廠較好？(本來是想直接交給原廠辦到好的)
最後就是目前這個零利率方案，以上述方式的話，不曉得能有什麼樣的優惠~

劇情不多做描述了 起初以為有李典勇當監製 會很好笑啊 但是前半段有點冷 直到後半段 船長那段開始 就鋪承得很好 以前國片有個通病 就算要賣感動 也直述的有點牽強 但這部戲完全不會 就算我之前爬文知道哭點會很低 但還是忍不住哭哭惹 整個廳人不多 但聽到超多啜泣聲的XD 而且還埋蠻多梗在裡面的 看第二次應該會有更多體會 真心推薦給大家！！最近難得的好國片！！ 對了 最後要說 林逸欣可能經過鄉土劇的磨練 這部戲演的超好啊！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.142.145.183 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1403443915.A.8FF.html

| 北市公立高中極少數放棄報到

高中職一次免試放棄報到至今天中午12時截止，未放棄者不能報考特色招生考試，也不能參加二免。台北市主要指標高中放棄人數多為個位數，至多10多人報到後放棄。各校今天放棄人數為：師大附中2人、成功9人、大直3人、景美7人、大同15人、和平15人、松山19人、西松1人、中正14人。

| 投顧估永光今年EPS為1.66元 年增三成

台新投顧表示，永光（1711）為亞洲第一、世界前五大染料廠，先前色料嚴重供過於求，然而，中國大陸近年汙染逐年嚴重，當局開始調控產能，同時下游需求穩定，在環保調控下，有助恢復整體產業秩序。
台新投顧預估永光2014年每股稅後純益（EPS）為1.66元，年增30.7%。

| 人物素描／蔡力行處女秀 收放自如

中華電信新任董事長蔡力行上任以來昨天首次主持股東會，面對各式各樣提問，不管小股東人身攻擊、哭訴喊冤，蔡力行都冷靜以對。他現場馬上點名主管回應股東問題，適度發怒表達不滿，態度堅定表示「股東和員工權益間，我優先照顧股東」，維持原則，度過第一次股東會。
中華電信每年股東大會，幾乎都是前任與現任員工的抗議大會。昨天會中有員工告狀哭訴自已被逼退，還有股東酸蔡力行「要安心帶領中華電信，證明台積電把你趕出來是不對的」，質疑公司人力派遣制度的員工還指蔡力行「你不過是派遣來的董事長，我做得還比你久」，蔡力行都四兩撥千斤，淡定面對。
中華電信成立子公司宏華人力資源公司以來，因子公司與母公司間的福利有差，工會多次發動抗議。蔡力行不明確否決員工的要求，但明白表示，成立子公司就是為了降低母公司的人力成本，強調「股東權益若跟員工福利衝突，我優先照顧股東」，再表明「不主動裁員」態度，確實讓許多身為股東員工也無話可說。
蔡力行雖客氣表示「對電信還不非常清楚」，但現場點名所有主管回應問題，讓主管在台上戰戰兢兢，也展現效率的一面。過去中華電信股東會，股東常抱怨講過了就被忽略，昨天主管都上火線面對股東質疑，讓股東看到中華電信新的一面。
