（中央社記者許湘欣台北2014年6月25日電）新台幣兌美元今天中午暫收29.985元，升值4.6分；成交金額5.15億美元。

外匯交易員指出，雖然韓元今天受韓國央行干預走貶，但國際美元趨弱，加上接近月底出口商拋匯，新台幣兌美元開30.040元後走升，再度突破3字頭，盤中最高29.980元、最低30.040元。

鳳山區一名國二女學生上周五晚間，獨自從家教班步行返家，眼看家門只剩5步之遙，卻有一名年輕男子從後方強脫她的短褲後逃逸，女學生嚇得尖叫大哭，她的父親見狀趕緊追上前去，但還是讓歹徒逃走。

女學生的表姊前晚將這件事PO在臉書上，並放上監視器畫面拍下的歹徒身影，提醒大家注意，當晚就引起網友熱烈討論，貼文被分享3000多次。

「還好當時老公在門口，不然後果可能不堪設想！」被害人母親表示，發生地在巷弄，當時天色昏暗，附近鄰居都已休息了，不易辨識歹徒特徵。但那段路是女兒補習必經之路，還是會擔心女兒安危，希望警方儘快查明嫌犯；附近也有年紀很小的女生，大家都會擔心。

被害人母親說，歹徒將女兒的褲子往下拉時，她雙手拿著書包和手機又沒有防備，驚嚇得大聲尖叫，歹徒隨即掉頭逃逸，情緒激動的女兒，整個晚上都睡不著。

被害人母親表示，事後從監視器畫面看到，歹徒騎乘的腳踏車，作案當時就停放在事發地不遠處，腳踏車上還有一個書包，歹徒疑事後回來將腳踏車牽走。發生這樣的事讓他們感到錯愕。

警方以違反「性騷擾防治法」偵辦，調閱監視器發現涉案男子像高中生，又是騎腳踏車犯案，研判有地緣關係，將擴大調閱沿路監視器畫面，追查歹徒逃逸路線及真實身分。
