據石油市場消息人士指出，伊朗6月平均每天出口原油121萬桶，雖比5月每天133萬桶減少，但仍超過「六強」對伊朗所定每天100萬桶的出口上限，主因美國睜隻眼、閉隻眼。

依據伊朗與「六強」去年11月達成的暫時性協議，從今年1月到7月20日半年期間，伊朗平均每天石油出口量不得超過100 萬桶。

消息人士指出，由於中國大陸及印度的需求減少，使伊朗6月石油出口減少約10%。但伊朗對土耳其、南韓及日本的出口量仍增加。中國5月從伊朗進口石油75萬7,900桶，比去年5月增加36%。

儘管伊朗超限出口石油，但美國政府已表示他們預料伊朗平均每天的出口量「大約」符合100萬桶限額。美國捍衛民主基金會專家杜包維茲表示：「伊朗出口石油越來越大膽。歐巴馬政府已經傳出訊息，表示美國不會壓制伊朗超額出口原油、冷凝原油，或送石油給敘利亞政府。」

美國政府主張，冷凝原油不能計入原油；伊朗送給敘利亞的石油也不算是「出售」，也不用算；伊朗協定伊朗可以每天出售100萬-110萬桶。由於最近伊拉克發生動亂，因此國際市場當然歡迎伊朗超額出口，尤其是亞洲的買主。

根據交通部觀光局統計，今年第1季來台旅客總計230.58萬人次，年增率24.07%，其中前3大旅客來源國家及地區分別是中國(93.57萬人次，年增率37.43%)、日本(41.34萬人次，年增率14.12%)及港澳(26.33萬人次，年增率3.69%)；另外，南韓以15.25萬人次、年增率91.79%表現最優，其中原因和韓元升值及觀光局大力宣傳來台旅遊優惠有關。 不過，近幾年來台旅客雖然大幅成長(去年已經突破800萬人次)，但國內上市櫃飯店業者並未明顯受惠，若以2013年財報來看，EPS(每股稅後純益)超過1元者，僅晶華、老爺知和夏都三家，今年第1季EPS超過0.5元者，也僅晶華一家；這和大家預期飯店業獲利會大幅成長，有相當大的落差。此一來台旅客人次暴增，但國內上市櫃飯店業卻未明顯受惠的箇中原因，相當值得深入去探究。

Taiwan market: Epson launches smart watches

Seiko Epson has unveiled two GPS-enabled smart watch models specifically for runners, the SF-710S Runsense and SF-310G Runsense, for immediate launch in the Taiwan market at recommended prices of NT$10,490 (US$350) and NT$7,490 respectively.

SF-710S is recommended for running distances of over 21km and SF-310G for less than 9km, Epson Taiwan said.

Currently in the Taiwan market, entry-level GPS-enabled smart watches are priced below NT$5,000, mid-range ones at NT$5,000-10,000 and high-end ones at above NT$10,000, Epson Taiwan said. In 2013, entry-level models accounted for 70% of GPS-enabled smart watched sold in the Taiwan market, it indicated.

There will be an estimated 36,000 GPS-enabled smart watches sold in Taiwan in 2014, with 60% to be entry-level models and 40% mid-range and high-end ones, Epson Taiwan noted, adding Seiko Epson aims at a market share of 30%.
