【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國非農就業報告優於預期，經濟前景樂觀，上周五美股強勢表態，加上美元指數刷新數年高點，日圓貶值推動出豐田汽車、本田汽車等出口類股走升。周一日經225指數收盤漲1.16％，為15890.95點；東証一部指數收盤漲1.08％，為1296.40點。

（中央社台北2014年10月 9日電）台北股市今天上漲11.26點，收8966.44點。10月電子期收350.8點，上漲1.7點，正價差0.56點；10月金融期收1092.2點，上漲11點，逆價差0.91點。

10月電子期以350.8點作收，上漲1.7點，成交6403口。11月電子期以350.6點作收，上漲1.7點，成交657口。

電子現貨下跌0.15點，以350.24點作收；10月電子期貨與現貨相較，正價差0.56點。

10月金融期貨以1092.2點作收，上漲11點，成交5794口。11月金融期以1092.8點作收，上漲11.6點，成交797口。

金融現貨上漲10.33點，以1093.11點作收；10月金融期貨與現貨相較，逆價差0.91點。實際收盤價以期交所公告為準。

台中一名羅姓婦人罹患乳癌轉移至腦部，開刀後須服用抗癲癇藥物，家屬委託邱姓女看護照料羅婦第4天，羅婦癲癇發作送醫急救，1個多月後病情加劇死亡，家屬怒告看護未按時餵藥致羅婦癲癇發作後喪失咀嚼吞嚥功能，才使健康每況愈下、癌細胞加速轉移，要求看護和公司連帶賠償醫藥費、精神慰撫金等共 356萬元；台中地院認定邱女未按時餵藥雖有過失，但無法證明與羅婦死亡有因果關係，判免賠。

法院多次函詢醫院，查出2012年11月間邱女接手照顧羅婦後，羅婦因癲癇發作送醫，發現體內藥物濃度過低才引發癲癇，據此認定邱女確實未讓羅婦按時服藥，但羅婦癲癇發作送急診時，癲癇發作小於20分，基本氧氣濃度監測顯示100%，顯然當時並未造成缺氧性腦變病，而羅婦無法進食，主因癌細胞腫瘤轉移至腦部惡化所致，也與癲癇發作無因果關係。

法官指邱女未給患者抗癲癇藥物，雖引發癲癇，但未對羅婦身體健康造成損害，因此認定邱女無賠償義務，至於醫藥費用部分，難以區分是癲癇發作或是癌細胞轉移腦部腫瘤治療支出，也判邱女免賠。（許淑惠／台中報導）

淡水商工3年前開始與芬蘭Muurame高中進行視訊交流，今年透過前往芬蘭念書的老師引薦下，19名學生及2名老師來台交流8天，校長張添洲表示，這次透過Homestay的方式，讓學生可以更了解彼此的文化差異。

張添洲說，這次除了日常上課的教育交流外，也讓學生安排接待入住的芬蘭生，明年2月台灣這批接待芬蘭生的學生也會飛到芬蘭教育旅行。

這次來台的芬蘭人都有一個中文名字，像是借住盧禹珊家的Josefiina Uuranmaki就叫吳明娜、歷史老師Markku Jokinen叫喬迦能及英文老師Merjo Hakkarainen就叫何美家，每個名字都很台灣味。
