俄地鐵閘口設三角錐防逃票

（中央社記者馬嘉霙22日莫斯科專電）莫斯科近日在地鐵閘口架設三角錐，防止「兔子」不買票直接跳過柵欄。

俄羅斯人將那些逃票乘車的人稱為「兔子」。有些身手矯健的青年常常不按規矩刷票進站，而是撐著檢票機兩側平台，從閘門上方一躍而過。

「兔子」人數之多，抓不勝抓。在閘口旁邊的站務人員往往追不上「兔子」速度，最後都象徵性的吹哨了事。

對此，莫斯科相關單位已忍無可忍，2011年時曾提高逃票罰金，但效果似乎不如預期。於是想出了把檢票機兩側平台用三角錐蓋住的辦法，意圖使「兔子」們失去支撐點，減少跳躍逃票的行為，並在某些站內進行長達3年的實驗。

根據官方說法，這些設有三角錐的地鐵站3年來逃票人數大減，售票率大增，看來有相當顯著的效果。因此自6月開始，預計於年底前陸續在所有地鐵的舊式閘口架設這種「防兔子」三角錐，期望能徹底解決地鐵逃票問題。1030622
