高價安裝電話節費器 專騙山區老人

一名66歲的廖姓男子鎖定雲林縣草嶺山區的老人，以半強迫方式用7900元一台的價格幫老人安裝市價只要525元的密碼型長途電話控制器，並告訴老人如果不安裝，電話可能會被盜打。

一名82歲的簡姓被害人看到廖嫌錢拿了立即跑掉，直覺有異向草嶺派出所報案，警方循線逮捕到廖嫌，廖嫌供稱，他從南投山區跑到草嶺幫老人安裝，油錢花費較兇，加上工錢，才會收取高於市價15倍的價格。

警方調閱資料時，發現廖嫌的前科洋洋灑灑竟有近20筆的詐欺前科，草嶺派出所長陳銘賀搖頭說，「根本一輩子都在騙人！」訊後以詐欺罪嫌移送偵辦。
