開放黨政軍持股5% 有共識

產業數位匯流大戰已開始，相關法規還停在石器時代，據了解，各界對於開放黨政軍間接持股5%已有共識，但針對必載頻道以及分組付費等議題，各業者及國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）還在角力中，廣電三法能否在下會期順利三讀，要倚靠立法院長王金平的智慧。

NCC表示，獨立系統台新永安已完成有線電視全面數位化，年底前有線電視數位化普及率將達75%，希望立院可早日通過廣電三法修正案。
