辦妥出生登記 即可請領勞保生育給付

勞保生育給付原本須檢附嬰兒出生證明，才能向勞保局申請，不過，為提升服務效能、簡化申請手續並達到節能減碳目的，即日起，女性被保險人只要到戶政機關完成嬰兒出生登記，即能逕自向勞保局申請生育給付。

勞保局說，民眾送件後，該局會直接比對內政部戶政資料，無須再檢附嬰兒出生證明。不過，如果還未辦妥嬰兒出生登記手續就申請生育給付，仍須另外檢附嬰兒出生證明書。
