雲林警方破獲人蛇案逮獲十多對假鴛鴦

雲林縣警察局今天（16日）破獲一個人口販運集團，逮捕包括綽號「黑奇」的林姓主嫌等五名嫌犯到案，同時拘提到十四名人頭假老公，以及十四名非法入境的中國大陸女子。這些中國大陸女子，入境後都是從事坐檯陪酒或賣淫工作，範圍遍及中南部多個縣市。

雲林縣警察局刑事警察大隊根據線報，得知有一個人口販運集團在雲林一帶活動，經長時間蒐證監控，見時機成熟，出動六十名警力，兵分二十路展開搜索，一舉將曾經擔任過雲林縣莿桐鄉村長，綽號「黑奇」的林姓主嫌，以及四名共犯逮捕到案，查獲各式證件一批。

警方指出，嫌犯非法引進中國大陸女子入境，為了尋找未婚男子充當人頭假老公，都會先貸放高利貸，如果借款人無力清償就要求借款人充當假老公。而大陸女子則是要先支付人民幣三萬五千元仲介費，以及每個月三千元的假老公費，才能來台。警方總共傳喚到十四對假鴛鴦到案，並將嫌犯依人口販運防制法、偽造文書、重利等罪嫌，移請雲林地檢署偵辦。
