【時報記者王逸芯台北報導】外資德意志出具研究報告指出，儘管中華電 (2412) 今年的配息表現顯得保守，相較以往平均來的低，派息率僅88%，但展望今年起，中華電在新任董座領軍下，仍有不錯的前景可期，給予買進評等，目標價95元。

德意志表示，中華電宣布每股擬派息4.53元，派息率僅88%，相較以往通常皆高於90%，以及近四年來的平均派息率99%，市場普遍給予過於保守的評價。

展望2014年起，德意志進一步表示，中華電由新任董事長蔡力行領軍，樂觀預期可為中華電勾勒出一個不錯的前景，包括4G的上路分層收費，以及手持裝置的普及化，可望推升ARPU值表現，惟中華電須留意4G新進業者的出現，以及固網收入下滑導致盈利繼續下滑的風險；給予買進評等，目標價95元。
