根據Google公布資料，表示目前每日平均被要求移除上百萬組侵權網站搜尋結果連結，包含源自海盜灣 (Pirate Bay)等侵權內容。同時就趨勢成長來看，要求移除侵權內容搜尋連結比例在2013年間明顯倍數增加。

從Google資訊公開報告內容顯示，近期一個月內累積要求移除搜尋結果網址數量已經超過3千萬組，平均每日被要求處理超過上百萬組侵權內容搜尋結果連結，其中包含4萬7000組以上特定網域，並且分別由超過4500名版權持有人與超過2200個檢舉組織提出申訴。

在Google Search累積資料量日漸龐大情況下，不少人藉此服務搜尋各類網路盜版內容，而使不少版權持有者感到不滿，因而向Google提出申訴，要求移除此類侵權內容搜尋結果連結。

從2012年下半年至2013年間，除在2013年7月有趨緩現象，平均單周提出申訴比例幾乎呈現倍數增加趨勢，最高單周被要求移除超過800萬組侵權內容搜尋結果連結。

從籌碼面來看，期貨部位，三大法人中除自營商偏空調整手中持倉部位，外資與投信則偏多調整。自營商減持3921口多單，目前手上部位留有3062口淨多單；投信增持513口多單，目前部位為2117口淨多單；外資亦增持1850口多單，目前部位為淨空單3235口。

三大法人期貨部位總計為淨多單1944口，較上個交易日減少1558口多單。外資目前在期貨留倉部位為淨空單，而選擇權則維持偏空部位，顯示外資對台股後市仍未完全轉為樂觀看法，認為短線仍有拉回的風險。

《期貨》9月台指期開高後翻黑，金融期相對強勢

【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】9月台指期今日開高後，隨即翻黑，金融期表現相對較強。

元大寶來期貨表示，台指期呈現多空拉鋸的態勢，八月合約結算日大致維持盤上震盪洗盤的格局；而終場扣除掉除息影響點數後，期現貨實質正價差為5點，突顯期貨市場對後市看法相對樂觀，且選擇權波動率下降，透露出市場風險意識持續降溫。

觀察法人籌碼變化，三大法人同步買超，其中外資買超60.3億元，自營商買超4.7億元，三大法人合計買超70.9億元，突顯法人已經逐漸歸隊；在台指期淨部位方面，結算後外資握有淨空單3,235口，自營商則持有淨多單3,062口，投信也持有淨多單2,117口，創7月16日以來的最大水位，三大法人合計握有淨多單1,944口，整體而言，法人抱持樂觀態度，但土洋依然維持對作僵局。

元大寶來期貨表示，週三台股成交金額略增至887億元，量能逐漸回流至市場；各類股期指近幾日的反彈表現，顯示市場已經逐步走出先前破底的陰霾之中，其中金融期表現尤為亮眼，強勢回補8月1日的跳空缺口，並且成功突破近幾日的震盪區間，多方顯露出強烈的企圖心，電子期高低點也連日向上推移，買盤進駐信心未減，台指期更成功克服月線壓力，短多似乎有醞釀攻擊的態勢，並須留意今晚Fed會議記錄公布對市場的影響。
