今年2月，大陸央視播出東莞色情業泛濫的臥底採訪，讓廣東省委書記胡春華臉上無光，立刻出動6000多名警力，對桑拿、足浴等娛樂場所大掃黃，不過現在傳出，這些娛樂場所已經有80%已依法恢復營業，與官方簽下責任書，以防「涉黃問題回潮」。

廣東「新快報」報導，今年2月東莞大掃黃之後，一共打擊涉黃刑事案件281宗，查處涉黃治安案件530宗，抓獲犯罪嫌疑人700人，處理違規人員1552人。5個多月過去，東莞的三娛（桑拿、沐足、KTV）陸續復業，東莞有1134家娛樂場恢復營運，約占八成。

警方表示，部分娛樂場所的「黃、毒」現象有所「抬頭」，「從事賣淫的人員並沒有完全離開東莞，部分選擇了就地轉型，從桑拿轉移到了沐足業」，透過網路、微信等平台「打游擊」，重操舊業，警方也查獲多起。

東莞警方表示，東莞仍然會對涉黃問題實行零容忍，打擊力度不會降低，要讓涉黃問題在東莞無處容身。

傳軟銀和阿里巴巴有意參股Line

（中央社台北2014年7月31日電）根據彭博，「朝鮮日報」（Chosun Ilbo）引述Naver公司未具名高層主管報導，軟體銀行（Softbank）和阿里巴巴（Alibaba）有意投資，或與即時通訊服務公司Line合組策略聯盟。

「朝鮮日報」指出，軟銀 (9984) 和阿里巴巴有意分別收購Line約30%股權。

根據報導，由於Naver想要以股權銷售下限讓出及與國外事業策略聯盟，而軟銀和阿里巴巴則儘可能想要買到更多股權，導致談判時間拉長。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）

《交通》大牌遠通，5億多罰金統統拒繳

【時報-台北電】遠通電因收轉置收費員缺失未改善完成，昨(30)日被交通部高公局開罰450萬，其實這已不是遠通第一次被開罰，遠通公司因與當初所簽合約不符，陸陸續續被罰款5億多，卻一毛錢也不願意付。不禁令人外界大嘆，「遠通電真大牌！」

據了解，102年5月，ETC才因為無法到達使用率平均6成6的門檻，高公局原本打算在開出2億2千多萬罰款，協調後未開罰。

而計程收費系統去年6月底才完成，與合約不符也被罰了7250萬，加上去年7月底遠通還是達不到70％的年使用率，8月收到4億350萬元罰單，但遠通拒付，林林總總5億多，遠通卻一毛錢也沒出。

對於收轉置收費員缺失，高公局表示，遠通未在今年6月30日前完成轉置，高公局給予遠通公司缺失及違約通知，並限期7月28日前完成違約改善。檢核遠通公司所提違約改善資料，發現遠通逾期在7月29日始完成改善，高公局將依契約規定自遠通公司7月21日收受違約通知書之日起至7月29日共9日，按日處新台幣50萬元的懲罰性違約金，總計將罰新台幣450萬元。

高公局限期遠通7月28日完成違約改善應達標準，包括針對6月28日寄送的200位收費員、7月14日寄送的172位收費員、7月16日寄送的12位收費員，應取得送達證明文件。對6月26日寄送之任用通知書有16位收費員願意接受，對此16人重新寄送任用通知書補充說明，並提送達證明文件；或取得該收費員對重新寄發任用通知書內容知悉的證明文件。

另外，有1位收費員願意接受遠通工作，在回覆函書明預計於104年年底開始上班時間，遠通應提出進一步明確處理證明文件。

高公局為求慎重處理遠通7月28日違約改善情形，除由高公局相關單位檢核外，並由外聘專家、學者組成「職缺檢核小組」進行檢核及複核。檢核結果發現，遠通在7月14日寄送的172位收費員中，有一位收費員未提送任用通知書補充說明的證明文件，高公局查證後，發現證明文件到7月29日下午才送達，成為開罰關鍵。(新聞來源：中時電子報 徐秀娥/綜合報導)
